Pillows were really uncomfortable, seems like - due to the form (square).

Great hotel that met expectations about regular new age hotel with normal wide selection breakfast. It was clean and there was great scent around public facilities of the hotel. Hotel was easy reachable with metro from different sightseeing spots, so this is a great choice if you want to stay a bit away from the center, but enjoy great comfort and non-typical breakfast for Paris. Staff was also very nice and welcoming!

Staff did take ages checking us in and then providing me with drinks. They were very polite though.

This is a very good hotel. The room was nice and comfortable, although the bed was a bit hard. They had free drinks in the fridge. The location is of course wonderful for anyone just passing through Paris and not wishing to hang around the city.

We arrived 8.45, tired and hungry and the 24 hr cafe only had pasta and one sandwich. The pasta tomato sauce was barely present. The panacotta was nice. The serving girl was very helpful and cheerful but had a very limited choice to offer. The nespresso machine in the room was very welcome but no milk was provided. The complimentary drinks were welcome. Very clean quiet anf efficient but there needs to be more food option for tired late travellers.

Room was quite small and there wasn’t a lot of space to open suitcases.

Great location right next door to the station and easy access to buses and taxis as well. The room was quite small for 2 people but we were there to see Paris so only went there to sleep after a big day. Staff were incredibly helpful in giving directions, organizing taxis etc. Considering the location, it was very quiet in the evening.

We booked two night at this hotel due to its proximity to Gare de Lyon. The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was a perfect size with all the necessary facilities and was very clean. The reception area with cafe counter and seating was nice for relaxing after a day walking in Paris.

No milk for tea and coffee in our room. Asked at reception and none was available. Hot food at breakfast was not hot enough for our liking but the rest of the breakfast was good.

Check in and out was quick and easy. Staff were happy to speak English due to my limited French.

As far as train and underground transportation is concerned, the location could not have been better. It is just outside the train station and in the center of one of major arrondisements in Paris. Something else that was nice was the beverages (water, orange juice, Coke, etc.) that were refreshed everyday.

The bed was a little too firm and because it was August the main dining areas were closed but the small bar with snacks was open and available.

The location was excellent and having a mini fridge in the room made the stay extra comfortable.

Rooms way too small and there were only 2 of us. Is fine for only one person. Also, we had a tub that we had to step into that was very high and no grab bars. Tub was very slippery too. I'm surprised someone hasn't fallen.
