Excellent location opposite Montparnasse station and tower, so very easy if you are travelling by train and have a lot of luggage. Simple but comfortable rooms and not a bad size for Paris. Bed and pillows very comfortable and electric shutters means you can have complete black out. Kettle with tea and coffee was much appreciated. Not too noisy considering it's in such a busy location. Staff were helpful and desk is manned 24 hours, fine to leave luggage behind desk after check out. Check in is early (from 2pm and check out late (12pm) which is nice, to not have to rusg=h out in the morning. It's not a luxury hotel, but has everything you need, great value, comfortable and clean, perfect for an overnight stop, work trip or if you'll be out sightseeing most if the day. Most importantly I felt safe as a lone female traveller.

Elevator is narrow and standard room quite small.

Location is perfect. Metro / bus station is in front of the hotel (exit 2 is nearest). They provide luggage room for free. Around hotel has a lot of restaurants and inside Montpranasse station also. Reception can communicate in English.

It would be good to know that the hotel needs to keep the key with them whenever you are not in your room.

Perfect location for travelling around Paris with the train or the metro. I was able to reach all the major attractions within 30 minutes. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful even when I made the mistake of taking the key with me. The room is clean and comfortable.

Noise from street and downstairs bar/restaurant can be annoying

Clean and confortable hotel, very well located near Montparnasse train station.

Room was a bit small and initially smelt like cigarette smoke (was much better after opening the window to air out). No power outlets next to the bed to charge devices. Soundproofing could also be improved, could hear neighbours showering and other guests using the lift.

The bed sheets had holes at some parts. I was staying at the fifth floor, even then could smell a faint sewage smell.

The staff was amazing, very helpful and nice. The location of the Hotel is very very good, it's just across the main train station. And the restaurant downstairs (Cafe Jeannette) is very good ! The room was clean enough, maybe needed a bit more vacuuming.

We were happy with everything

Excellent location, so close to the Metro and train station made travelling around so easy. Breakfast was good, continental with plenty of choice. The staff were brilliant, very helpful. Our room was small but clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again

Need some plain ordinary tea in room.

It was very welcoming, English was spoken , which is a bonus as my French is limited! It was clean and I felt safe staying there. Breakfast was, for me, quite filling , Added bonus, was a small balcony 🙂
