I would have liked to have a few things in the kitchen like salt and pepper to help with basic cooking.

This property has a wonderful location in a beautiful part so Paris. There is an Eiffel Tower view just a few steps down the street and an easy walk to the tower itself. The apartment is located near shops, restaurants and has a pretty park as its view.

Checking in was very stressful. Lack of contact from the property until the last minute when we had already started travelling added unnecessary stress to our trip. Key code not sent for one of the apartments.

The tap in the downstairs bathroom wasn’t working correctly. The four of us had a shower one after the other the first day and there wasn’t enough hot water. The second day we spaced it out better and it was fine. The kitchen has the basics but I did feel it could do with a dustpan and brush and a cloth to clean the surfaces.

The living room space is very large and beautifully decorated, you can even see the top of the Eiffel Tower from the main window! The bedrooms are excellent, beds and pillows were comfortable. It’s great having a bathroom both upstairs and downstairs. Also having a dishwasher and washing machine are a big plus.

Excellent walking distance to all Paris attractions. Located in a lovley quiet area and the apartment was well equipped. Easy check in and access. New bathroom which was nice. Perfect for a few days in Paris. Local shops and restaurants to save you going into central.

The location is good and it is near to Metro, The staff was very helpful , they immediately answered questions .

The stairs and elevator are very narrow. It is a central location, but there are no cafes or restaurants nearby. You have to walk for 10 minutes. Even though it has two rooms, those staying in the 1st room must pass through the 2nd bedroom for the toilet and bathroom. Before checking in to the hotel, you need to introduce your credit card for the deposit from another online site. It's a bit complicated and difficult.

Homely accommodation in a historical Parisian-style building with a magnificent view of the church. I like it.

Provide more cooking utensils in the kitchen. The flat is starting to looking tired and would benefit from a bit of investment.

The location was really good, the flat was well organised and comfortable. A great holiday place. Loved the wooden floorboards. Kitchen is really cool. The coffee machine was broken but it was replaced with a new one within 2 hours.

A very well-appointed apartment in a great location and close to all the main attractions that Paris has to offer. The apartment was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The only concern for some may be the stairs leading to the apartment (no handrails) and also the spiral staircase to the bedrooms-people with mobility issues may have some difficulty with these-otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

Very central, close to a lot of facilities, 2min walk from metro. The apartment was quite spacious and comfortable, amazing view, lift. The owner was very nice with a welcome note, cake and coffee and tea.

As previously reviewed, the bathroom has a lot of mould and water damage to the floor but the wall behind the sofa bed is covered in mould. While we just used that area to sit, I wouldn't want to sleep there or put children/anyone else in that space. 1000 EURO a night during the Olympics seems ridiculous given the state of the building when so many more are the same price and appear in better condition.

I had read every review for Mithouard Apartments so had very realistic expectations. The location was good, the apartment (apartment 2) was clean and comfortable and the neighbourhood is lovely but if you're considering staying you should take into account its an old building, there are no cleaning cloths or teatowels supplied, only 2 dishwasher tablets and no instructions for the washing machine, dishwasher (which we didn't use), or heating. We stayed 9 nights with no change offered for linen or towels.

It was impossible to sleep/rest in the early mornings because of the harsh noises of cleaning. I really don’t think you should vacuum at 07.30 am. So annoying.

For us was a sorprise the security deposit, as booking told us to ignore the links for it in the first instant but it was true that it was in the conditions to verify your card for it. It was a bit confused as it was the firts time someone ask for a security deposit in this app for us, but after we solved and the apartment 5 was perfect.

The apartment 5 was really cozy and the bed was super confortable.

Some defects, window was broken. So the noise was terrible. Dirty spots every where … we were in a non renovated appt, it’s really old. But has everything what you need.

The trash bags lined on the stairs to the entrance. The cooler was a bit noisy. Crockery and cutlery could have been better. There was no cleaning of the apartment on a daily basis.
