Location. Very safe area and accessibility is excellent; underground, tram and bus stations are all within 5-10 mins walk from the hotel. Convenience stores, restaurants, cafes and other stores are also nearby.

The bathroom was extremely small. The sink was partially over the toilet, and the shelf over the sink made it very hard to rinse my mouth after brushing my teeth.

It was close and affordable to where I had to be. It had efficient wifi to do work and the desk was sufficient.

the biggest problem was basically non-existing sound isolation between spaces, we could hear everything from room opposite of us, as well as from staircase next to our room and people flushing their toilets above us

friendly reception, really comfortable beds and nice location next to a beautiful park, public transport and grocery store not far away, also nice part of the city - very decent choice for Paris on smaller budget, especially when out the whole day and coming to the hotel just to get a shower and go to bed before leaving in the morning again

The room is very small, perfect for those trips where you are out the whole day and come back just for sleep and shower.

The personnel was really kind, the room was quite clean and the service changed the towels daily. It was also nicely equipped, with lots of soap and toilet paper.

The room was really cold. Not such a problem during the night as the blankets were warm enough but annoying if you have to stay during the day. Also not that close to the metro if you have to walk with two big suitcases but I guess ppl take uber these days :-)

The price was really good. There was a kettle in the room which is nice to be able to have a tea during cold days. The internet worked well. There was a desk and a chair in the room. The room was reasonably sized for the price. The receptionist was friendly and helpful.

The communication with the hotel before arrival was lacking - despite contacting them in English, the staff always replied in French and when I let them know we may be delayed due to a strike at the airport, they simply replied that if we arrived late they would not let us in and that the stay was non-refundable without trying to accommodate us in any way (we ended up having to sleep at the airport). However, in person the staff was nice. Our room was not especially nice or clean, but as we only visited for one weekend and basically just slept in the room, it was not a major issue.

Good location, around 30 minutes to get into the center of the city via public transport, metro and bus stations are close by. The breakfast was also nice with a selection of juices, teas and fresh pastries.

The breakfast was too expensive , so we had to take it outside. The room was really small.

Great location in Petit-Montrouge. Close to metro stop and walking distance to many good restaurants. Friendly staff. The room was quite small and there is no lift, but I think that's to be expected at this price range in this part of Paris.
