Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Thought the car park was going to be an issue as we had a roof box fitted. There was indication parking was height restricted

Parking was an issue, but if we look around we can find some free public parking . The beds were a little small for tall person like me.
Good location, easy access to restaurants and all tourist attractions. Clean room well equipped kitchen good and cooperative service by the hotel staff Good swimming pool Will surely come again

The cleanliness and general appearance of our room wasn't great. At night it is very loud especially because the air circulation inside the room was non existent.
The breakfast and staff were great. We didn't use the pool or fitness room but from what we could see it was clean and well kept. The location offers a good starting point to explore the city by foot.

One room did not have a fan and no AC so was very warm. Rooms not together when booking as a family
Room size. Location Parking secure Easy check in and out Pool. Fan in one room which was needed as no aircon. But no fan in the other room. Rooms were not located next to each other.

The bathroom smelt so bad and the floor was dirty (with hairs, ...). There was no locker in the swimming pool and literally no place to put your stuff. Hence, you should put them beside the pool or leave them in the open dressing rooms.
The staff were kind and behaving warmly. You can use the locker room in the lobby to put your luggage before check-in and after check-out (but it smells bad). The swimming pool was acceptable, but needs extra care.

During the stay, the first floor was under reconstruction and the pool, fitness area and the place for breakfast did not work.
The apart hotel is located closely to the city center; the bus stop is just in front and man could easily get everywhere.

It was undergoing renovation at the time, so gym and pool were unavailable. We were initially given a room that had not been cleaned. When we were given one the dishwasher did not work.

Not always so clean and well maintained. We started to get an appartement which had not been cleaned up. But we got another one very immediately.
We had a kitchenette and it’s something really important for us as our kid has celiac disease.

As we had rooms that led to the street, it was really noisy. But we had thought so in advance, and one of the rooms also had a fan. So this was OK. What I did not like was the non-communication before our stay. I had written several Mails to make a reservation for a parking spot, but no reply at all! This has never happened with other booking.com-reservations. When we arrived, we were first informed that there is no parking space available (we should have booked one...). In the end, somehow, a spot was found for us. So it all turned out OK, but I still don`t understand why none of the mails had been ansered. There were also some parking spots in front of the hotel, but open-air and more expensive.
The price is really OK - the kitchenette being well equipped, the bed was comfortable and the location with walking distance to the city center. Breakfast was a lot better than expected (with ham and cheese, good coffee). They have a small indoor pool that is probably nice for (smaller) children.

Comfortable but charmless. Comes with kitchen in the studio. And a small indoor swimming pool. Walking distance from the historical centre along a Mediterranean flavour shopping area
