Tiny property which does not match the photographs. The two bedrooms were the size of the bed with a tiny walkway to one side and the end. No space for anything else and even had a sliding door. The extra sofa bed in the living room partially blocked one of the bedroom doorways and you couldn’t reach the bar stools to eat when the bed was unfolded. Not enough floor space to open the suitcases and I have no idea how you would manage with 5 people staying instead of our floor. We had to move our cases in front of the apartment door over night to give enough space to get from the bedroom to the bathroom which must be a hazard if there was a fire

Noise from neighbouring rooms audible. Very annoying at night with nobody to help quieting them down. Pictures made the place look bigger. Definitely a logistical problem to have five adults sharing one bathroom. Kitchenette was useful

Towels and cleaning was only done before check-in and after checked-out. In between no cleaning including replacing used towels and washroom cleaning done. Upon request they asked us to pay extra amount for cleaning and towels no matter whether you booked this facility for 2days or more than 3-4days.

I didn't like that it wasn't completely clean from the previous stay. The sink was leaking for 5 days , we didn't have the remote for the air condition and the hot water didn't last long enough.

I liked the location of the apartment. It is near supermarket and the metro station.

We rented for 5 people and barely had any space on the apartment to move around or store luggage (just back packs). The bedrooms are pretty much exactly the size of the bed with a sliding door, plus a sofa bed that occupies the whole common area/living room when extended. We had one window with no view. A capsule coffee machine was provided but it would only heat up after running it several times. Probably good price for Paris, but not confortable for groups or various pieces of luggage. If just for sleeping, it does the trick.

Location is very easily accesible and close to various attractions. The beds were confortable. The shower was nice, clean and good size. The apartment was overall clean.

Room is far too small for 4 people and suitcases. We could not move around the room or sit anywhere in the room as there was no space with our suitcases. The bathroom has some mould on the ceiling in the shower and it has a very musky smell I assume from being a very small space and constantly closed up.

To give one critique would be the layout of other rooms. I attended the property with friends who were staying in other rooms and when seeing their room I prefer the beds side by side as opposed to the bed being sectioned off and the passage being narrow to access the other bed. Overall, the stay was decent other than the mishap of the room swap due to an error on allocations of rooms. Potentially, could see myself staying there again and would recommend to others.

There was too small space for 5 people in the room where we stayed. Humidity in the autumn there is very big, windows in the morning all are fog up.

There was a horrible smell coming right out of the window, you really don't want to open the window but you need to for ventilation. Basically no view, you just stare into a wall and other customers rooms, which also means you can not open the curtains. Was kinda noisy (our friend from Hong Kong heard Cantonese speech from the pluming xdd) Not enough space in the entrance of the room. Weird thing sticking out the wall which you bonk every time you walk past it. Table was kinda meh, too small for three people and there were not enough stools for three people and not comfortable.

Towels for everyone and they were clean. Sheets were clean. Lots of pots and pans etc. Bed was comfortable and big enough for two people. Shower was fine. Iron came in handy. Everyone got a free shampoo. Fridge was nice. Amount of sockets. Elevator ++ Bakeries and restaurants nearby and groceries stores within two minutes of walk

I was expecting to be really small and booked it taking that into consideration. After a couple of cramped confined spaces, we were all happy to be out.

Digital keys were perfect for us. The location was brilliant, easy to get to get to everything. There was a grocery literally around the corner, boulangerie Bo was a really good bakery (5 minute walk). The neighborhood is pretty.

The location is great. Just 4-5 minutes walking from Gare-de-Lyon . Although they don’t offer early check in or luggage storage but just 2 minutes form the building you can find Amazon luggage storage lockers . You can use them.
