the inroom hair dryer was not functional, and it took a while for it to be repaired. In the mean time, you had to sleep with damp hair, which was not ideal.

There was nowhere to buy or drink a coffee during the day as the bar was closed during the day and there is no coffee vending machine either.

I was happily surprised by this hotel. It’s honestly a very nice Novotel and convention centre.

Some parts were older, looked dated and tatty. The restaurant had a single vegetarian option and no vegan options and limited options for children. It seems that many were getting an Uber Eats delivery which is what we did in the end. Checking out is a bit of a palaver and I would definitely not leave it until the last minute.

Good size rooms. We had a suite and a double room. Lots of storage space in the suite even though we didn't need it. Man who checked us in was very friendly as was gentleman at the bar. Just over €10 for an Uber to the airport (as shuttle doesn't operate in the middle of the day). Snacks in suite. Warm rooms but with air conditioning. The suite was quiet but the double room was very noisy from the aeroplanes. PS This is coming up as a 7 score but I think it is slightly better than that.

Because I booked quickly I probably missed this not in my booking, so could be my own fault but I found it really annoying that I had to put down a €100 euro deposit, I checked in at 6pm and was checking out at 6:00am so was annoyed at such a high deposit. O

Very clean and great for children, we only stayed due to our flight being cancelled so it was a last minute booking, but felt like a nice wind down from our actual holiday.

The staff were not very helpful, think they all could use some service training.

We had an early flight so the location was great as it was only 10 minutes from airport. A shuttle service for 4 euros each picked us up from hotel. Beds were very comfortable, the pool was a bonus, nice size workout room and the price was right. Nice large rooms compared to hotels in town.

The restaurant was a disaster. We ordered a loving menu to be told the items were no longer available. My husband's meal came out first and it was cold and it was fries and a hamburger. We waited for about 5 minutes before someone came by and finally, we flagged someone down to let them know the burger was cold and I still had not received my meal. Finally, both our meals arrived and the pasta dish tasted like it was from a frozen food, and the burger and fries we not great. I would recommend going for a walk in the neighborhood and not using the hotel restaurant. And to top it off table 2 brought their cat to the table and it had its own seat.

In the morning we walked around the neighborhood and found a lovely pastry shop and coffee. In the evening after we arrived we went to the bar for a drink and watched the rugby and the service was great.

The shuttle wasn’t available. The staff was rude. Our reservation included 2 bottles of free water and when I asked for it, the staff argued with me that I was lying. I showed my reservation email and then they said okay I will give to you.

Staff at reception and the restaurant can be more friendly. Most customers have likely had a long and tiring trip before arriving at the hotel, so a smile or welcoming attitude from the staff at the reception can go a long way. I also did not like that the hotel wanted to charge 30 euros for checking in 2 hours earlier than the "official" check-in time.

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Location was convenient for someone looking for accommodation close to CDG airport with easy access to public transportation. The rooms and the facility overall were nice and clean. Good soundproofing. Nice buffet breakfast with options that cater to different tastes.

Quite far away from the airport. You have to take the CDGVAL and then a bus to get there or pay for a taxi.

the pillows sucked, the rest of the place was not that clean. there were no additional pillows in the room. There were also no lotion, shampoo or anything to wash yourself with.
