Reception staff were very very helpful in helping us locate a motorcycle dealer open on a Saturday who could replace a punctured rear tyre. Good restaurant and breakfast.

Compared to other Novotel hotels the room was very plain and small. Paper cups instead of mugs were a let down. I would say it's a good 3* hotel .

Great location, close to main attractions. The swimming pool area is a bonus.Plenty of parking underground.

The staff was not very friendly and we had two terribly uncomfortable pillows and then saw that other rooms had m uh better pillows

Breakfast was kind of basic. More variety would be appreciated especially juices. And maple syrop for pancakes. The pillows are not at all comfortable.

Swimming pool and arcade area is a nice touch.suprisingly good for kids especially in summer. Rooms are consistently clean and welcoming. Staff are friendly enough and never feel like there is an issue bringing my dog.

The entrance and surrounding area was unkept with bad odour. Access lifts were very confusing.

Nice rooms, we loved the pool. Close to everything by feet. Parking lot right under. Plenty of free games on the hall, perfect with our teenagers. Loved the water fountain available.

The room is in need of renovation, especially the toilet that borders on primitive. The quality of toilet paper was just ridicilous and above all there was no toilet brush. They explained it by their hygene requirements. I found myself in loss for words.

Location is very central although one has to enter via an inner court that feels a bit ... unfriendly and smells. The view from our window was nice and we very much appreciated the water dispenser in the corridor. The water boiler and the micro fridge came in very handy, too.

I found the reception staff quite unfriendly and unsmiling. When I arrived, after the 3pm check in time I was told my room was not ready. I was given a voucher for a free drink whilst I waited. I sat and waited but no-one came to tell me my room was ready. I went to reception at 4pm and was told it was ready. Why did no-one come and tell me? My room had a toilet separate from the bathroom and there was a door betwen the entrance to the room with the toilet and the bedroom with the bathroom. This door also divided the wardrobe. It was very inconventient. I wished I could remove this door!

I liked the room and the bathroom. Breakfast was good, especially the lovely French cheeses.

This is not my first stay in this hotel but seems to be the last one. A lot of negative changes since my last visit. Strange square type pillows and very uncomfortable bed Considering a 4 star hotel, the amenities were close to none Short staffed, whenever you call reception for anything they ask you to come to reception to get it which is again disappointing for 4 star hotel.

The hotel is very clean and the rooms are spacious. The breakfast is good.
