They offer paper cups only in the room which is quite annoying because you have to constantly call room service to get new ones. There were no cutlery provided.

The location, it's close to the eiffel tower and a few great bakeries. The rooms were quite clean, not perfect but very decent. Room can be a bit small but I guess that this is similar for most places in Paris.

Run down carpets, doors, paint was coming of in the room, just need a fresh coated, water temperature in the shower unstable.. could not enjoy it at all. The room advertised that water bottles that is available in the room, where actually is not. Busy hotel, breakfast is a challenge and fight for food. Staff very invisible…during peak hours. I think 3 stars for this hotel is decent as rating..

Elevator was broken, took us some time to find the entrance to the hotel reception from the parking. Employees on the phone didn't speak English.

Hotel was in a central location, though not enough identification on the entrance. You only see the restaurant more visible. Parking available was nice.

The lift from the parking did not work and we were locked out with all our bags and still did not work when we left.

Staff were very welcoming and friendly. The location was great as we were able to walk to most of the sites. The rooftop bar was lovely to see the Eiffel tower.

The rooms are extremely small, but great value for the money.

Great location, very modern and clean. Restaurant next to the lobby is very convenient, even if you do not eat at the restaurant, there are plenty of good places to eat at. the roof top bar has great views of the city.

The rooms are quite small by American standards, but it was well appointed.

The staff was so warm and funny and helpful! And the rooftop bar is the absolute best! It also had a coffee shop with hook ups for computers, a full service restaurant, and a decent location.

Hotel was in a great location for exploring Paris. Staff were helpful in giving us advice on the metro etc. breakfast was lovely and lots of choice. Room was clean and comfortable for all four of us. Roof top bar with a view of the Eiffel Tower was lovely!

I thought it was ouch expensive. The gym is a bit lacking in equipment. I would have liked a smiths machine. Also there are no stairs!! Only lifts ! This makes is an exercise free zone. It is mainly lovely though.

We enjoyed the size of the bed and the location was an easy walk to the Eiffel Tower. The staff were friendly and helpful and considerate. I also liked how shiny the floors were and the interesting things.
