United KingdomWe could hear our neighbours as we had to leave the window open for ventilation. A fan in the room would have been nice.
The rooms were in a nice garden setting and the pool area was very good. The room was clean and tidy with everything we needed. It was easy to travel to St Malo from the hotel and there was a lovely port area in Cancale for dining at night.

The property was set in gardens which all guests shared .We stayed in an upstairs room located on the garden side . The rooms were very clean as was the shower / toilet . The breakfast facilities were excellent and again cleanliness and various options at breakfast were 1st class . The breakfast choices were continually topped up and used tables cleared immediately … this was a very organised and proficient service and every member of staff contributed to a very pleasant stay . One of the big bonuses was the free parking guaranteed . This should not be underestimated as Cancale gets extremely busy and parking becomes a stressful hinderance .

We booked a family room and having our own little lodge was perfect. Very quiet and a lovely sun trap for sitting in the evening with a beer! The swimming pool was a lovely bonus and we had it to ourselves the day we went. The hotel is a 15 minute walk from the restaurants but we really enjoyed the walk each evening. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Unsure why this hotel was only 2 star. It had everything we needed!

United KingdomThe rooms/apartments got a bit hot but we still all slept well. Great for a few days stay. A little fridge and kettle in the room would be useful.
Great location. Cancale is a beautiful town. The oyster farm also fascinating to watch. Swimming pool was lovely along with the table tennis and board games. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

United KingdomThe cost. It's a pity that as a solo traveler you must pay as if you are a family of 4. The breakfast was good but quite expensive. Overall paying nearly £500 for 4 nights was too much. No air conditioning or even a fan so you had to keep the velux windows open which lets the light in from the outside which seems to stay on all night. The blind is attached to the velux so doesn't shield the light from outside.
Love Cancale and have stayed here in the past. Nice to have a chalet rather than just a room. Good that they now have a limited bar during the afternoon. A short walk to a good supermarket. 20 minutes walk to the restaurants and seafront

United KingdomThere are external lights on the sides of the building they must be on a timer but do not go out till 02:00 with the hot weather having the velux open did mean the black out blind was useless so the bed room was bathed in light.
We were very happy with the room however as we are British it could have had T / Coffee making facilities if only basic Breakfast was very good, the restaurant decorations were super and there was a nice atmosphere House keeping excellent The staff were amazing Swimming pool was very good and Towels provided.

United KingdomWhen I arrived the light was broken and blind had fallen off my window. After 5 days they remained unrepaired. It's not a big issue, it didn't affect my stay but I was surprised that these weren't fixed
Perfect location, easy walk to beach and port... Very short walk around 6 min from the number 5 bus stop. Lovely staff, great setting, nice pool. I didn't drive but found it super easy to get around by bus to Saint Malo, to Port Mer, Pointe du Grouin etc
