Would have been nice if our rooms were next to each other or on the same floor. I understand that this isn’t always possible. But other wise excellent.

Great choice of breakfast. Very friendly waitress and remembered your order every morning. Waitress made it more personal. Delighted.

The location is excellent. The room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. The staff are exceptional. They were very friendly, courteous and helpful. The breakfast was also very good. I would strongly recommend this property to family and friends.

Exceptionally nice, pleasant, helpful manager, staff, housekeeping, and breakfast service. Lovely breakfast with fruit, yogurt, amazing pastries, fresh scrambled eggs and various meat selections. Coffee and tea always available. An amazing wine cooler and dispenser. Every room comes with complimentary still and fizzy water and a coffee bar. Very plush robes and sleepers available. Loved the location in the Latin Quarter. Quiet. We had two different rooms. Both lovely. Smallish - but this is Paris. Loved our stay

Helpful and friendly staff. Clean and quiet accommodation perfectly placed with public transport and restaurants and the Seine! Very good care is taken in the room to provide fridge stocked with Badoit and Evian water, coffee and biscuits and an easy to use coffee machine and a kettle. Very comfortable bed and excellent linens.

Nothing!

We loved everything about this hotel! It is situated in a great location within easy walking distance of some of the top sights in Paris such as Sainte Chapelle, Notre Dame and the Louvre, yet it's tucked away on a quiet square, so the hotel isn't affected by street noise. There are two Metro stations nearby, making traveling around the city a breeze. The room was spacious, modern and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious with a variety of options. Additionally, the staff were very helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

Nothing we didn’t like.

The hotel is absolutely lovely, the staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming and we received a room upgrade with no additional fees. The room was charming, superbly clean with lovely bed linen. The mini bar was stocked daily with soft drinks free of charge which was a lovely touch, breakfast was excellent with lots of choice and the hotel also provides complimentary tea and cake each afternoon - although we did not try this as we were out sightseeing. This is the best hotel I have stayed in so far in Paris and I wouldn’t hesitate to re book when I return to Paris in the future. In short, the hotel is delightful and in a lovely area.

We had a lovely room, perfect size, big comfortable bed with a lovely view of Paris. The bathroom was large (by Paris standards) and the toiletries were first rate. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful, varied and plentiful.

The floor tile of the shower were extremely slippery when wet, making for a potentially dangerous situation.

I loved the fresh, updated look of the room and bathroom. The desk and buffet personnel were excellent and went out of their way to accommodate my requests.

The location is fantastic on a quiet street in the Latin quarter within walking distance of the Louvre and Notre dame as well as the fee c and metro. The staff were friendly and available with clean and comfortable rooms, there were plenty of cafes, restaurants and supermarkets nearby to get whatever you need.
