The unpleasant smell, fairly garish decor.

Bed was good, and they changed my room when I complained about the unpleasant smell that became apparent early in the stay.

The hotel room will be small but still manageable. Bathroom is not completely clean. Staffs were friendly but when we came at midnight around 2 AM one of the friend of the receptionist was staring my wife in a really awkward manner right from outside the hotel until we get the lift. That is a big no no.. for a tourist

The smell of foot in the carpet as soon as you enter the room. There were a couple of flies that appeared in the room, somehow through an open slot between the ceiling and the pipes. Could’ve been more taken care of or either much more discount.

Carpet stains everywhere and it smelt like spilt cooking oil. We have to keep the window open and spray perfume around. It could do an intensive carpet wash and surely the carpet will look new again. I like the prints on it. There are tiny flies around the sink. The sink holes and the tap could do a bit of vinegar and sodium bicarbonate to keep it clean and shiny.

The bed is comfortable, shower is good, staffs are friendly. On our first day, one of the receptionist rang us to remind us to go for breakfast before it closes which was really nice. Good location: There are many shops and restaurants around and it is near to the Metro/Bus stops.

The breakfast was good, it can be improved by adding omlette or boiled egg and proper honey. The electric kettle inside each room is necessary.

The design of the hotel feels a bit outdated and is not so cozy.

We slept well, as it was quiet and calm. The breakfast was really great, and the staff was nice. Everything was clean.

Sorry to say this but the receptionist was taking his beer infront of us i think its not ethical..he was watching his little vidéos on his phone as network wasnt good for us to check in immediately

Even though we put the “Do not disturb” sign on the door, cleaning lady knocked the door and asked my to give her old towels in exchange for clean ones. That was it for the cleaning part that day

Very small lift only for 2 people. Size of the toilet (very small) and separated shower also very small. No small fridge/mini bar or tea/coffee facilities in the room.

Breakfast - good choices/plenty of options; location was ok as near the underground and had plenty of restaurants nearby; staff was helpful.

The hotel is on a fairly busy street but the room was actually pretty quiet which we did not expect after seeing some reviews. Breakfast spread was ok, nothing really special about the spread. But, the staff were very nice and really made us feel welcome.

All the voices and noises from the corridor could be heard in the room as there was a big gap between the door and its frame. Also the door locks were very loud. Housekeeping included just emptying the trash bin and changing towels, not even making the bed. Wifi a bit unstable.

Twin room was small, but big enough for two and had very good beds. Nice breakfast, even if some items were not available every morning. Complimentary coffee in the lobby. Practical location close to Crimee subway station. Also bus 54 takes you to Gare du Nord and Sacre Coeur almost from the front of the hotel, but it's very slow outside the rush hours as well. Decent price in Paris standards.
