The staff were wonderful, helping us with everything we needed. The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. The location was steps away from the Metro and restaurants, and just a few minutes walk from des Champs Elisee and shopping, including a grocery store.

On our first night the bar man was quite abrupt around us sitting down to order a drink with our kids. I think he maybe wondered had we just walked off the street but then when we stated we were guests he was fine but still warned us about the children and behaviour (they were more than fine, sitting at a table playing card games). Myself and a family member went back down later on and was made to feel more welcome

My expectations were most definitely exceeded with hotel Rochester. The hotel was amazing value for money, so clean, really modern and great size for a family of four. Loved how close to the Champ Elysees it was to. We had a huge bed and then a great sized sofa bed for the two kids with still room for bags and walking around. Bathroom was super clean and modern. The reception area was also gorgeous. We weee on floor 5, I would love to go and stay on top floor to see the view the rooms get.

Very cosy and clean. We felt safe and the location was very convenient - short walk to metro and Champs élysées. We really enjoyed the breakfast. It was great value for what it was worth.

Was disturbed with other guests coming and going

Great location, just off the Champs Elysee. Room was very comfortable, although was disturbed from other guests coming and going. Didn't have breakfast Staff were very helpful

One night a strong smell of food came into our room at second floor but I don’t know if it is due to hotel or any other guest who is staying at our floor.

We opted for the suite, the size of the suite is good but the washroom is really small. The shower area is not more than 650mm wide.

The Property is well located 2 min walk from Champs Elysees. Staff is very sweet to talk to and cooperative. Suite is good size as per Europe standards.

Breakfast looked pretty expensive for two adults and two kids (that won't eat much), so it didn't make sense booking breakfast.

Room, location were top. We didn't have breakfast there. Staff was super nice. We forgot some items in the hotel which the concierge personally delivered to another location two days later. Super helpful.

Our room was on the 8th floor and didn't have an elevator. It was hard with the kids strollers

The location is ideal, 3 min walking distance to Champs Elysee. The hotel is very clean, rooms are modern and located in a calm area. I will definitely come again.

Luggage unloading. there isn't a ramp for the bellmen to bring a trolly they should convert the step up to the property to make it easier on them and on the guest. Room was very clean however we did find a dirty sock from a previous guest under the bed.

Clean, quiet beautiful suite. Lovely decor and attentive and helpful staff. Decent room service selection but because they partner with local restaurants the menu changes and sometimes certain offerings are unavailable.

The room and the hotel was beautiful. Will definitely come back again. I liked the modern design of the room. Loved the wall colour. Room was spacious.Staff was kind and helpful in guiding the directions to the attractions. In the heart of Champs Elysees. Plenty of halal restaurants. The location of hotel is fabulous. Metro station just across the road. Plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. Champs Elysees is the main shopping street having all the main shopping outlets. Arc De Triomphe closeby. Easy to go to Eiffel Tower, Louvre Museum, Tulleries Garden and Christmas market by metro as they are on very short routes.
