We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

ColombiaAlthough not relevant, the elevator was incredibly small. Two people with a suitcase would not fit.
The room was big, and the bed was super comfortable. The staff was super friendly and cooperative. The hotel is close to the metro station, and you can easily walk around the city (Montmartre, Jardin du Luxembourg, etc.)

The bed was very comfortable. The room was rather small but nothing bigger was necessary since we spent most of our time out and about. Really clean and a huge plus for a unique design of the romms and the corridors. Breakfast buffet had a great variety of food. The staff was really nice and helpful and there was no trouble communicating in English. Very close to Louvre.

United KingdomIt’s a minor points, but the table lamps and light switches were further than the reach of my arms to easily access when I wanted to get out of bed or switch off the light or charge my phone. The plugs in the room were also not the usual European standard by the bedside, which meant I had to charge my phone away from the bed and get up to access it.
The location and design of the hotel, along with the complimentary breakfast and airy, modern rooms and fittings were excellent. The staff were friendly and warm and helpful in in terms of the welcome and as I wasn’t feeling well we’re very kind and trying to make me feel better and relax. The main Receptionist – atman - or a similar name was especially kind and helpful.

United KingdomThe breakfast wasn't kept that hot. There is a need for better heating dishes, and the candles under the containers are not enough. There seems to be a peculiar smell in the bathrooms after using the sink or toilet, which may be a plumbing issue that needs to be resolved.
Love the location and the balconies, the hotel is very clean and staff are very helpful and welcoming. The free refill water bottles and hot beverages were a bonus. As well as the breakfast variety.

LatviaUpon arrival bathroom had very strong chlorine odor, which made it unpleasant to be in the room. It was hard to open the window to get some fresh air because of curtain placement. Hotel room was cold. I had sent a clarifying question to the hotel one day before check-in and received response only after check out, makes no sense to even reach out with question (sent via Booking.com). The room did not have a French balcony window as advised in respective room type photos when booking. I received a top floor room with tilted attic ceiling, which made it very uncomfortable getting around the bed to the window. It certainly wasn't a deal breaker staying just one night, but wouldn't choose for a longer stay because of this.
Great location next to Opera Garnier, friendly staff on reception, available drinking water in the lobby with reusable glass bottles to take some water up to the room was a really nice touch. Good value for a room in the center of Paris. Roissy shuttle bus to CDG airport is located 6min walk from the hotel, which is very convenient and the reason I chose to stay here.
