There wasn't anything that I was unhappy with.

Staff were great - reception & restaurant. Good staff make a difference to me if I would go back somewhere. They were all so friendly and professional. Rooms are a great size and comfy. Room service breakfast is great.

We felt that the hotel bar was a bit tucked away and not really a place to sit. There were no window restrainers on the windows which could be fully opened by a child

Shower pressure

Ideal location in the city centre of Limoges within easy walking distance of all main sites. Room was spacious, clean and had modern air condiitoning/ heating facilities. Pillows were extremely comfortable and shutter blinds and double glazing ensured a good night's sleep. Breakfast was fine - could have done with a bit more variety but overall more than adequate. Only slight downside was the shower pressure was below average but we were on the 5th floor.

Access to the parking can be tricky if approaching from the southern part of town as it means finding a turning point and coming back down,

central position, great for bars and restaurants, parking in the centre of town, early breakfasts which were excellent.

1. Breakfast just so so, no omelette by cooker. 2. Requests written on paper note, but room cleaner ignored. 3. The unpleasant impression is a hotel receptionist, an old woman with eyeglasses is very rude, I feel too sick to write down her name, because of her unprofessional attitude and behavior, let Mercure down. But hotel's manager and young receptionists are very professional and cute.

Position is good. Shopping is convenient.

It would be helpful if reception were able to give better directions to railway station. We were walking with a lot of bags and directions were not particularly clear.

V good location and lovely room overlooking square. Friendly / helpful staff - particularly on reception on our check-in. I left my handbag in taxi and she tracked them down & my handbag was returned.

Just what we wanted for a single night on our way back to the UK - everything worked as it should, the room was clean, the shower was a real shower and not an excuse. What more could you want?

My room was cleaned every day but they did not vacuum which was odd. No feather pillows which I prefer and had asked for but there was a bath.

Location was excellent and the breakfast was fine. I'd like more choice of healthy cereals. The staff were really good and very helpful.

Coffee at breakfast was poor, machine did not work well and would have liked real coffee served at the table. A shame as everything else about breakfast was very good.

Very good location, with short walk to the old quarter and eating places nearby. Also only 10 minutes walk from the station for a day trip out. Staff very friendly and helpful and bedroom clean, comfortable and good size.
