It's a long journey through the building with 2 different elevators (that close all the time) to get to the apartment. The apartment is tiny and very full. Good for 2 but I wouldn't like to be there with more. One of the balcony chairs was broken, and quite some plates were missing. Jody

Great ski in and ski out. Pretty basic but did the job. Amazing views onto the mountain along with balcony.

Supposed to sleep 6, but that would be a real squeeze and just one toilet. bunk bed room with no power sockets and no cupboards at all. luckily, there were just 3 of us. it still felt like we were on top of each other. just about enough storage for 3 sets of skis in locker room, no way could one fit 6 sets… No room to dry ski boots in ski locker

The funicular connection up the hill to our accommodation worked well, but it was a quiet week. I am not sure how it would cope at a busier time of the year. Could be fine, it worked well for us an it was worth it for the beautiful views from our appartment!

Great location. Meribel Mottaret is right in the middle of the 3 valleys so you can be up and away to an entirely other area in one gondola ride. The location has plenty of restaurants and the shuttle can take you into Meribel Centre if you want a change. Meribel has certainly had a makeover since we last visited it. Reception staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable which we really appreciated.

Regarding the apartment it’s location everything otherwise was fundamentally disgraceful and not as advertised we only stayed one of the two nights we booked with you, as it was horrendous.

When I arrived it was a bit difficult to find my way to the room, I needed to go up some stairs, then go down with an elevator, I missed some sights to facilitate a bit the way.

The location is special, with a gorgeous view and at the same time a lift that leaves you from the ski area back to the room easily. The area to the left the skis is also convenient.

advertised as “ski in/ski out” yet you have to get onto the funicular which was not working for most of the time there resulting in us having to walk 20 minutes with all our ski gear down the bendy hill for us to finally reach some snow to then be able to “ski out” which is disappointing because we were expecting to be able to ski in and out from the apartment like said and what you would expect… bedroom states double bed but was 2 singles pushed together which caused me and my partner to wake up multiple times in the middle of every night - very uncomfortable and annoying, sink was leaking when using, we were charged twice for taxes, cleaned the entire apartment after stay properly and hoovered yet they have not sent our deposit back to our account, spoke to the receptionist and they were very rude and unhelpful. would not recommend

Getting the keys was very hard. I was called a week in advance to know when I was coming and what time. The person told me that the keys will be available in a lock box from 16pm. We arrived at 13 but no early check-in was available so we waited till 16. When we cam to pick them up, the locker was empty so we had to wait till 17pm to finally have a person at the reception who finally gave us the keys. Moreover, when we got to our room, the beds weren't made and the the room wasn't perfectly clean so we had to re wash our own dishes and disinfect all the spaces.

The location of the hotel is very good, next to the ski shops and the village. It is also very close to the ski lift. The room had a Mountain View which was very pretty.

Reception was closed on check in day. No response to emails and phone calls in the three days prior to arrival. No instructions as to how to check in. It made for a stressful day thinking we may be sleeping in our car the night of arrival. We finally went to the tourist office who were able to contact a different property and they were finally able to give instructions for check-in. There were no towels in the unit and no deck furniture. Took 2 days to get towels. Terrible guest service.

The property was fine aside from issues listed below.

the communication with the stuff prior the trip was disasterous.It was impossible to reach them since they left a french message on the answering machine when to call but that one we couldnt understand, emails got no responses and we got the check in information on the arrival day.Very stresfull and unprofessional

dirty old clipped toe nails on the floor, the hours of reception is not practical and very unflexible, all this money and have to make your own bed! and then clean after myself at the end.

Bedroom cramped. Ski lockers did not have space for boots. Car parking was not bookable in advance so we ended up somewhere inconvenient rather than risking not getting a place. Not a single English language option on TV

Excellent position for ski in and out and good access to the whole of the 3 vallees region. Apartment contained everything we needed. Ski school adjoining and small supermarket on the next block. Centre of Mottaret with restaurants and takeaway food in very easy walking distance.

This is ski in - ski out property which is located in Meribel Mottaret. There is a free lift that takes you to the property from the base of the village. You can put your skis on and hit the slopes straight away (Slope Aguile goes next tot he property). There is also a covered car park available for additional fee. Great staying overall.
