Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

BelgiumInsanitary conditions, as described above. I am seriously considering to write to the sanitary authorities and ask for an inspection, as this place is surely not complying with standards of hygiene for such a facility
I booked a chalet by the lake for one night. The chalet was very dirty: furniture with spots and grease, cuttlery and vessels not washed well, the covers filthy and smelling of sweat. The floor has not been washed. The freezer in the frige had a layer of about 7-8 cm of old ice with various layers of food in it. No soap in the bathroom, the toilet paper was an old roll almost finished by previous occupants. I complained politely at the reception and asked to fix at least what could be easily fixed. I was assured it would be solved, but nothing happened. I considered asking to be given another chalet, but honestly, by just looking around one gets the feeling that the dirt in my chalet was no exception.. Upon checkin I was handed a leaflet explaning what a clent is expected to do, depending if a "cleaning fee" wss charged or not. Basically, those who do not pay for cleaning must clean themselves upon departure. Letting aside that this facility has managed to take the Ryanair style to higher levels of bad taste, one cannot help but wonder what makes them believe that they are discharged of cleaning properly for the next clients? I am also going to claim my 152+7 euros back via Booking.
