If the room could have been big enough to handle two large suitcases mor easily. We were traveling for a bit so had a fair amount of clothes.

The room wasn’t the cleanest- the curtains were covered in layers of dust and the room was showing signs of “wear and tear” with bits of wallpaper coming off wall. Having to leave your key at reception whenever you left the hotel was a bit annoying as you felt like an annoyance if you were only going back to the room for a couple of minutes but understandable why they do it for safety reasons.

The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect. There is a metro station seconds away from the hotel which makes getting around so easy. The view from our room was amazing!!! Staff were also very friendly and welcoming. Hotel felt very safe as had to ring doorbell for reception to unlock door whenever someone wanted to enter. Would definitely stay again, if I was to return to Paris

Very well located hotel, just next to the Metro line and the Arc de Triomphe . I was attending a conference at the Palais and it was a nice 10min walk to the venue. Although my room was street side, there was no street noise at night.

My trip was in December and it was a bit cold, the bathroom has no source of heating and the tile flooring was extremely cold.

The location is great. It is very safe, thanks to the 24h reception, that is open only for clients at night.

Stayed here for a conference at the Palais and it was ideally located - a short walk to the conference centre and right next to the Metro and great view of L'arc de Triompe from the door of the hotel. Plenty of places to eat near by. Room was small but it is Paris so a reasonable size room for Paris! Very clean and had a fridge in the room which was great. Quiet with no street noise.

location was great - walking distance from metro station / bus. True center of Paris. The room -and bathroom have been very recently renovated - everything was new. The room, for central Paris, was of good size. Two french windows (i.e. balcony windows!) gave an additional perk to the room.

The room was too small, not enough space to keep a large suitcase open. Too expensive for the tiny room size. No milk for the tea and coffee. Every time I had to take my cup down to reception to get milk for my tea and coffee. That was inconvenient

The location of this hotel is excellent, near the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs Elysees. There were some lovely cafes and restaurants in the area. Enjoyed food and drinks at French cafes and a nice Vietnamese restaurant. The staff were very nice and kind. Room was clean

Not so much a negative perspective but first time we experienced having to leave our keys behind when leaving the hotel and to ask for them back when we returned.

Close to Metro entrance, restaurants and corner store. Front desk was helpful with tips on where to eat and even printed us an email we needed. Our room was straightened up and bed made when we returned from a long day exploring which was appreciated.

I was not lucky with neighbors who were very noisy at night

Poorly designed rooms: no sockets by the bed and lights only turn off at the entrance to the room. This is not very convenient.

Great location of the hotel right next to the Arc de Triomphe! There are two excellent bakeries around, many cafes and restaurants. I also recommend this hotel for shopping lovers, as the best shops in Paris are in close proximity.
