There is a requirement of 250€ cash deposit. There was absolutely no issue in getting the money back on our last day of stay, but it’s a large amount that we had nowhere to spend since we were leaving the country.

Nothing! Everything was excellent.

We've stayed here several times and have loved it each time. Perfect location, easy to come from airport by tramway, supermarket with bakery right next door, almost on the Boulevard des Anglais, and 20 minutes walk to the Old Town. Anna is a wonderful hostess, and easy to communicate with through Booking.com or through WhatsApp. NOTE : Although the heading refers to "Studios" we actually thought there was only one - the one on the 4th Floor we stayed in on our previous visits. This time we discovered that we'd booked the identical studio on the 3rd Floor. Equally comfortable and well-equipped. The only difference is that the tree blocks the view of the Promenade from the balcony. Not a problem, because the real thing is so close!

We stayed 2 weeks in Studio Gambetta and loved it. It is petite but very functional and clean. The studio had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay and communication with the owner was great. Location was perfect for us and we really enjoyed having breakfast and an apéro at the table on our terrace. We will definitely look to stay at Studio Gambetta on our next visit to Nice.

Offered easy access to beach (100m). Also within walking distance of Old Nice. Easy travel options via bus, tram and train. Perfect host Anna did everything to make us welcome. This apartment is compact but really does have everything. Loads of wardrobe and storage space. We spent much time on the balcony overlooking the coffee shops and life on the Boulevard Gambetta. I was also there to watch some of the Rugby World Cup games and it was an ideal base for that.

The apartment is tiny but very cute and nothing is missing: bed, table, hob, refrigerator, equipped bathroom, washing machine, air conditioning, terrace from which you can see the sea etc ... It is located a stone's throw from the promenade and the sea. The stay was very pleasant thanks also to the kindness and availability of Anna, who explained every detail and also suggested many places to visit and to find tasty and typical food. For a small surcharge you can also take advantage of a super safe garage just a few minutes away. Really a great solution to spend a holiday in Nice!

There was nothing to dislike.

Apartment was small but very comfortable and well equipped. Immaculately clean. An amazing use of space provided ample storage. The little balcony was a perfect spot for breakfast and evening drinks. Perfect location next to the beach. Added bonus was the bakery next door. There was a bus stop outside the door and lots of restaurants close by.

We did not find anything we didn't like

We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment although small but equipped with everything you would need, it was very clean and quiet (the sound proofing was top notch) and together with the very comfortable bed and pillows, we had a great sleep every night. Best of all, we loved the location of the apartment, not only it is right next to Promenade des Anglais and old town Nice, it's also so close to tramway line 2 making access to the airport and connections to other places so easy and convenient. Also there is a Carrefour supermarket literally downstairs, and restaurants and pastry shops everywhere nearby. On top of all these, WiFi was quite strong which is a great plus if you have to work. Last but not least, Anna was a very welcoming host with great communications throughout our stay, she welcome us at check in and even met us early in the morning to check us out so we can catch our flight.

Excellent apartment. Modern and clean. It has everything that you need - very well equipped kitchen and bathroom, comfortable bed, smart TV, Air-Con, good WiFi working all through the apartment and special extra for me was balcony. This apartment is close to everything (beach, supermarkets, tram), so you can easily reach wherever you want in Nice. Anna is definetely a great host. Very welcoming and she let me stay few extra hours cause my flight back was delayed.

Can't think of anything

The apartment is not big but accommodates two adults with ease. It has nicely thought-out storage space and a folding bed/table so you will not feel crammed. The balcony has a nice view and is great for breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening. The location is great with just a short walk to a nice beach and to the city. The host Anna was extremely helpful, she communicated with us every detail and helped with useful information. A pleasure to deal with. I would come back again without hesitation.

Apartament has good localisation. It's so close to the beach, bus stop and a lot of shops. Room is very cosy, despite that it's a little bit small, it's not a disadvantage. Everything was there what we needed. Host - Anna is very kind and helpful. Balcony is huge and nice. It has a marquise so you can cover it so that the sun won't shine. Walls are soundproof so it's not noisy at night. There is air conditioning in the room. Kitchen is well-equiped (microvave, cutlery, big fridge, tea and coffee set and other stuff). We will be happy to come back here again in the future

Fabulous accommodation ! The studio is extremely well located, very clean, and equipped with absolutely everything one needs from a very comfortable vacation accommodation, in a very modern and ingenious way. Nothing. The door is a little hard to open by key but we can do it well after the second open if you understand how to do it

Location is very good for me , it is very close to the Nice beach so can walk to the beach everyday within 5 minutes and about 10- 15minutes to old streets. The apartment is small but enough for both of us, full utilites for cooking . Bcz of small apartment, furnitures are arranged very smartly with very nice view terrace to the sea. From the apartment location to the Nice Ville train station is around 20-25minutes for walking. There is a big supermarket with bread shop right next to the apartment on ground floor and can find alot of restaurants and other supermarket around the apartment location. The host lady is very nice , you just send her your estimated arrival time and she will wait you in front of the gate to share instruction and the apartment key
