Not the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed, but a quick wipe down of the kitchen counter & cupboard was all it really needed and I would stay there again. Sofa bed was fine for my 12-year old daughter, but likely not the most comfortable sleep if it would have been two adults sharing it. Master bedroom is in the basement which is a bit musty smelling (but not unexpected in an old stone basement in Paris). There is a dehumidifier which helped but if you had respiratory issues it might be a problem.

Close to multiple metro stations, within 50-100m of a small park, post office, grocery store, ATM, and many other useful amenities. Access is with a code to the main gate and an app for the apartment itself. Hosts were responsive when I had questions. Neighbourhood and building are quiet and safe. Master bed comfy and Larger than I expected.

Cleaning could have been better.

We prepared our own breakfasts using the facilities at home. It was very easy to get to the apartment. We got there in about 1 hour from the airport. The location is perfect. It needs a little more work regarding cleaning. It is very easy to open the locked door and very comfortable once you get used to it. The fact that the entrance to the apartment is independent is also a great convenience.

Decor a little tired, with slight damp problem in bathroom. The address I was sent didn’t match the location of the apartment but this was quickly resolved with a message to the owner. It was just round the corner so no major inconvenience.

Great location. Nice and quiet. The owner was very responsive when we mentioned the damp problem, and arranged for it to be cleaned immediately. People have commented about the electronic locking system, but I found it convenient, secure and easy.

Bathroom hasn’t been fixed up for a long time. Shower is really small and it’s really hard to get down inside even for average sized person. -Apartment doesn’t have a proper window, so it’s almost impossible to let fresh air inside - There’s an app to open an apartment door instead of classic key or electric lock. It might be a little bit confusing for elder people

Apartment is in such a good location. There’s underground stop and bus stop literally next to the exit of the building. There are a lot of grocery shops, bakeries, coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Pompidou Centre, Notre Dame and Louvre are less than 2 km away from the apartment. Apartment is overall pretty clean, living room and bedroom are pretty modern. Kitchen is well equipped, it has everything you need to prepare quick dishes. Host is really nice and very helpful.

If you are visiting during the colder season, I recommend asking the host to turn on the heater in advance, as it takes some time for the room to warm up.

The location is truly excellent—within walking distance of major sights and conveniently close to two metro stations, making it easy to access everything. Our apartment faced Rue du Temple and had a very secure entry. The self-check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, adding to the comfort of our stay.

The only problem which we faced was the keyless checkin. We were unaware of about and it took 2 hours to reach inside room and we were in trouble.

The sofa bed was really bad(NEEDS TO BE CHANGED ASAP)…The cooking pots needs to be changed with better ones with covers…Lastly,they need to treat the humidity smell downstairs as it wasn’t comfortable sleeping with that situation…Beside these things,the apartment is pretty good,good reform

The two couch beds were a bit bended, therefore not the greatest to sleep on. The two-person bed was good though and there was also a normal couch that we used for sleeping instead of the couch beds. Also, there was a bit of confusion about what address the accommodation was (two different addresses were sent to me in advance) at and how we needed to enter (code or key). The hosts could improve this process to avoid confusion in the future.

The accommodation was located in Le Marais, a fun neighbourhood with many options for dinner and drinks, but also cultural activities and plenty of public transport options. The accommodation was on the third floor of an authentic Parisian building. The accommodation was clean, had a kitchen, a bathroom, a spacious living room and even a washing machine which was great! We enjoyed our stay here very much during the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.

The only issue we had was the blanket for the pull out couch wasn't big enough to cover it and we didn't have enough towels, but the overall stay was amazing!

The location of the unit was perfect. It was only a 30 minute metro ride to the Eiffel tower and pretty close to other sights like the Louvre and the Notre-Dome! There were so many restaurants around it as well which was perfect. The host answered all my messages super fast and was always helpful.

My wife is very sensitive to dust, so the room was overall clean, but probably carpets and curtains were not as clean as they could be.
