The dinner was terrible and the dining room staff was very slow. Don't recommend having dinner in hotel.

No milk for the tea or coffee. Plug not good in wash basin so it could not hold water. No wifi for just over a day. Late cleaning room on one day and had to chase.

Having a balcony with a superb view. Excellent restaurant for breakfast and dinner.

The property shares facilities with the Ibis which, although only 3 stars and therefore doesn’t offer things like room service, but is approx 30% lower price

Modern and clean properly with good parking. Great location on a beautiful beach (although we were there in December and not much use to us :) ).

The breakfast buffet and some of the staff. We were disappointed with the poor selection of fruit, we had much a better selection at the Novahotel in Colmar. One morning we arrived for breakfast to find nobody to show us to our table and the buffet staff were clearing some of the buffet 15 minutes before the end of breakfast. When I asked for the jam a waitress had put some away and was rude to me when I asked for some jam. The bread was dry and a poor selection.

The dinners, room and location and mainly helpful staff. The service at dinner was excellent and the waiters were helpful when we mentioned my lactose free diet and my husband’s chilli allergy.

Strange that trays/bottles put outside rooms were left so long before collection.

The swimming pool + beach bar are main attraction. Great there was a decent sized safe that was at eye level for ease of use. The towel radiator + mini fridge could be swiched on/off as required. Real efforts have been made to conserve energy in this hotel.

The first night we stayed in a room facing the dunes/car park. This room felt very cramped. The second night we moved to a bedroom with a beach view and it made such a difference. It had a small balcony. Being on this side of the hotel made a huge difference for us. I would definitely suggest booking a sea view room. The changing rooms in the pool area need updating. We had dinner in the restaurant one night, the food was very average and the service very slow. It a shame as we found the waiters to be very friendly they just need more waiters for the amount of people. the view from the restaurant is beautiful.

I booked "dune view" and we looked into a concrete wall and the parking lot. The window hardly opened and the A/C didn't work. The staff were not very accommodating when we asked to pay more to upgrade. Early in the morning, we were brutally woken up by a beeping truck outside the window. Not very nice.

The location is fantastic! Breakfast was also very nice, but we could not eat outside, which was disappointing.

Fabulous beach location, long but easy stroll to the centre of Le Touquet. Expensive if you don’t take advantage of the spa or private beach area.

Parking/dune view rooms are not as pleasant. These rooms also provide no means to dry up your bathing suit, towels and anything wet, which is pretty common after a beach visit.

I stayed in two separate rooms in Novotel. Parking-view rooms are smaller and has a window that is slightly bigger than the size of a prison cell window. As soon as they have an availability on a sea-view room we switched. With floor-to-ceiling windows these rooms are like a sun parlor and are awesome to watch sunset. Sea-view rooms also have private balcony with chairs and a table. Having access to a balcony helps drying your beach stuff. Breakfast is served in the restaurant which has this great view of the Atlantic beach. Breakfast time falls on the low tide times and there are many people (and pets) enjoying a stroll. I loved sipping my coffee while watching this scene.

Service in the bar was rather disappointing. We waited over 10 minutes to be served (eventually gave up) and the people serving were very offhand. Also the room service menu for drinks was quite poor.

The room was a little cramped but as we were staying only overnight it was not an issue. The view was uninspiring (the car park), but, again, it was not an issue. We all enjoyed the food and service in the restaurant both for dinner and breakfast. The restaurant staff were very helpful and friendly.

Lack of water No dogs allowed in restaurants - we suggest they create a overflow less formal area to restaurants that serve same food but allow dogs.

The room size for 2 adults and a 15 yr old is to small. Also no door to the shower room which meant we had to go on to the balcony while the 15 yr old could shower which was not a big deal as it was a beautiful view, but could be inconvenient if the weather is poor.

The location was amazing probably the best I have seen from a hotel room, stunning! The pool was quiet and refreshing. The food in the restaurant was great service incredible, breakfast is superb! The beach was so clean and accessible even for my disabled wife so impressed. The room was clean yet a little small for 3 of us. Overall we had a great few days away and would not hesitate to return or recommend. What a lovely location!

Not impressed with the bar: the service was extremely slow and the staff very unfriendly which is such a shame because it’s a lovely setting. They could sell more drinks if they could be arsed!! In my opinion it lets the hotel down completely.

Fantastic location right on the beach, the hotel decor was great, the pool a very nice surprise! We had dinner with a view (gorgeous sunset) and the food was really good.

Service in the restaurant was too slow for us. We didn’t know if it was a French thing but waiting 40 minutes just for our drink was too long. Steak was cooked good. Views from the restaurant were stunning
