We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomReceptionist seemed surprised when I asked where our room was. Beef skirt was a bit tough at dinner. Wasn't clear what we needed to do at breakfast. Staff weren't as helpful at breakfast as they were the night before.
Ease of check in and check out. Bedroom was ready and met our needs. Parking was great and close to reception.

United KingdomThe sofa bed wasn’t very comfortable. The breakfast room wasn’t cleared so appeared messy with food from previous diners on the seats and carpets. It was a shame there were no electric vehicle charging points.
The swimming pool was very nice. Staff were friendly. The bathroom was well equipped with a lovely shower. Good that check out was 12pm.

United KingdomAs we are still in these Covid times we were not impressed with the restaurant and bar area. Whilst the staff wore masks, the cleaning of the area was poor. Many tables were left uncleared, and if they were cleared they were not properly cleaned. When we arrived in the afternoon there was still breakfast croissants etc on a table near the service area, these were still there when we went to dinner. I wouldn’t usually comment too much in this regard but this is a four star hotel and feel this let the hotel down completely
Good location as we were heading back to the UK. Room was clean and comfortable.

My salad took an age to arrive (my husband’s hot meal arrived 20 minutes before my salad) and I needed to remind staff several times that I was still waiting. When it finally arrived it wasn’t worth waiting for: lettuce was not fresh and the other components were unpleasant. I asked for it to be taken off the bill and this was done immediately and without demur, which I appreciated.

The staff were very helpful. The restaurant was much better than I expected. Comfortable bed and clean bathroom. It is half an hour to Villandry.

Netherlandsit has a door between the room door and the toilet giving extra privacy in terms of noise! parking lot has surveillance giving extra confidence. it is a comfortable hotel after a car journey! food is super good and the room service is affordable. lots of kids and definitely a pet friendly place.
