The appartement was a bit below expectations (not a lot of pictures and older, lived in accomodation). The steep stairs to the double bed and the lower placement of the airconditioning means you can’t really cool the top bedroom. The matras is not that comfy and blasting the airconditioning means the kids sleeping in the living room where too cold. There’s not a lot of service by the pool so you have to look around to order something. The passerelle towards the far away sea is only a small part of the longer walk (800m).

There isn't really a shower but a bath tub. When you're in the shower you have to hold the shower hose which is not really comfortable.

The location of the place is really good; the view from the infinity pool is amazing and the temperature of the pool is pretty nice. Moreover, the terrace is really nice to have some drinks. For food you can walk 10 minutes to a small 'boulevard' at the beach where some nice restaurants are situated. You can also eat at the restaurant in the hotel, we didn't do that though.

In general I really liked this place as a one night stand but there was a little bit of a musty smell in the room. Except that it was a good place 👍

No room service throughout the entire week (no towel changes, no toilet paper replenishment, no trash emptied), no soap in the bathroom. On the balcony, there were a lot of spiderwebs. Evening staff in the restaurant very arrogant.

Staff was the friendliest we ever experienced, always trying to answer our questions and help :) Very nice property with various sized villas, surrounded by trees and gardens. We were staying in a Minivilla (2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and terrace). Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, there even were some tabs for the dish washer and the washing machine. Pinarellu beach was easily reached by 13 min walk as were great restaurants and bars. If one doesn't like to swim in the sea, the pool at the main building is also amazing with beautiful views over the bay of Pinarellu. Definitely a place we would like to stay again!

the bungalow was a little dated inside, but was well equipped. The pool we had outisde our property was a little dirty, we could have used a net to clean out the leaves and insects, but when we asked they didnt have one for us.

had a great time - the setting was very beautiful and our little bungoalow was only a ten monute pretty walk to the most stunning beach, but a beach bar serving food and drinks during the day time. The main pool area was lovely- very quiet when we went as it was off season, although because of this it was a little windy! the restaurant was lovely and we had a delicious meal. All the staff were very attentive and we received great service! there is a charging station at the main reception which we found very uself, and even better when we realised we hadnt collected our charging cable from the car hire place, they were able to provide one for us to use.

As many have already said the suites are a bit lacking. It's not bad but not great either. Biggest let down for me was the shower not having a proper shower head holder.

Pool and outside area is really great! Everything was clean and tidy. Communication was easy and quick.

Studio Bathroom had a tiny bath with a handheld shower attachment. Awkward for us as smaller females, wouldn’t like to imagine how a full size bloke or larger individuals would easily get washed and in it.

Pool area was lovely & view from our balcony had sea & sunset over mountains…. Beautiful. Was lovely having full shutters for a good nights sleep & Studio was spacious & had everything we needed.

The WIFI didnt work for the first three days - we were told that there was a storm that took out the repeaters in the area. The kitchen in the villa was functional but dated, the kettle didn't work properly and the taps were damaged/corroded. The on-site restuarant was not of a good standard considering it was heavily marketed and the staff there were not always particularly helpful. Nothing seemed to be organised for guests - it was more of 'everyman for himself' - chacun pour soi! For the high price we paid, we expected better value. On reflection, a good hotel in town (Porto-Vecchio or Bonifacio) closer to good restuarants would have been better for us.

The villa was spacious, simple but very well designed and the pool and jacuzzi were great and well maintained. It was clean. The staff on reception were courteous. As a location, it was good and easy to get into Porto-Vecchio or Bonifacio.

Bathroom was dated, poor drainage in wash hand basin. Coffee machine was old fashioned ( filter system) Hob difficult to operate ( no instructions) Check out time - 10am- is earlier than most places.

Wifi was non existent. Keeping dust and sand out of the house impossible. Dont get tricked. This is not a hotel. So dont expect clean towels, beds and so on. Your basically in quasi camping / bungalow holidays at cost of a high end hotel. You're just paying for the fancy pool which is nice but why hang out there if you have the best beaches in Europe just a few minutes away?

This is advertised as a 4-star hotel and residence and It was a 2-star at a push! The staff told me that the residence is 4 star but the hotel doesn't have a star! I booked a studio that was dirty, it had food in the freezer from the previous occupier. The drawer in the bathroom was full of someone else's products, medication, sanitary towels, make up etc. The door to the balcony didn't lock and was broken. I was offered an upgrade which was worse and smelt of damp with a single bed in it which I refused and left...I'm still waiting for them to refund me and are arguing with me and booking.com that it was satisfactory. I would not recommend this hotel and the customer service was awful. I paid in full up front which was a HUGE mistake. If i don't get a refund then ill be speaking to trading standards.

It was way too expensive for what it offers. We were asked to pay the whole amount at the check in even before we had a chance to see our bungalow. In the bungalow there was just a single roll of toilet paper for 5 days ! We had to buy our own toilet paper. The electrical sockets were coming out of the walls which is dangerous and because of that our phone chargers were overheating. The windows could not be closed and we had to wait for someone from the staff to come and fix it. The safe in the room was not working. The entire bungalow was dirty. No one even came to swipe the floors during our stay. No shower gel, just a tiny small soap. It was definitely NOT a 4 star resort, except for the price of course, that was definetely way too expensive.

Old equipment in the room, cobwebs, there was no hand soap in the bathroom (which I take for granted even in a hotel with fewer stars), the toilet smelled of sewage.....
