The room was awesome, the layout was different in a cool way. The facilities were better than I expected. I will stay there again if I'm back and will definitely recommend to others staying in the city.

Coffee machine a bit difficult to use

Very nice studio apartment with all necessities. walking distance to the very centre of Bordeaux. Comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, well equipped kitchen. Very easy access with code, do not need any key. We also enjoyed the breakfast. A big thank to Enzo who has been very helpful and professional.

The apartment was clean , comfortable and nicely decorated. The staff were extremely helpful and made our stay pleasant and easy. Location is quiet and 5 minute walk to the tram to get into town or a 20 minute walk if you choose not to use the tram. I would happily stay here again.

There is no lift, so its a challenge with luggages but at least the staircase is wide enough. The location is not that close to the centre but there is a tram around 8 minutes away. The floor needed some sweeping.

The design of the room was amazing, both the bedroom and the bathroom were spacious. Coffee and coffee machine in the room where a plus. There is laundry possibility too although we didn't use it.

Well located in a quiet residential location but close, 5min walk, to Palais de Justice stop on Tram A line. Approximately 35mins from airport. Spacious two level apartment with a nice welcoming wine to share on arrival. A very comfortable bed and all amenities you could require. Very clean.

Nothing! This place ticks all the boxes in my opinion.

Fantastic modern apartment that's very well equipped. Very close to the centre, approximately a 15min walk. Staff on hand via WhatsApp whenever I had a query and very quick at responding. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area. A supermarket and bakery are close by should you require any of the essentials. All in all a very enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend.

The online identification process after booking and before getting there was quite cumbersome (taking pictures of your ID, taking a selfie with your ID...). I never have had to do this elsewhere.

Long walks to bars and restaurants, inability to leave out luggage at the accommodation.

Stylish and comfortable accommodation in a very quiet area. Lots of hot water and lots of care and thought out into making our stay like home from hime. Absolutely spotless and loved the little touches that made it extra special including the wine and cheeses on arrival and ability to watch netflix and relax after our long journey. Lovely comfy bed. We did have a few issues understanding the heating system and it was exceptionally cold weather but we were able to contact a member of staff for help by text message. It would have been nice to have been able to leave our luggage without having to use an app and being charged for this. We aren't very tech savie and ended up dragging out luggage around with us and this was very inconvenient. The mezzanine bedroom could be an issue for those with mobility problems.

the location was great. The room was very spacious, quiet and super clean. Breakfast was hung on the door each morning and tea, coffee and water were replaced everyday. There were umbrella's left by the door - so many thoughtful additions. The bed was comfortable and really i could have stayed forever!!!- thank you so much
