Could hear noise at night (other guests, trams outside, etc) and room wasn't that dark in the morning, however this was easily sorted by wearing ear plugs and eye mask. Something to keep in mind if you are a light sleeper. Ceiling was a bit low but I am very short so I didn't mind but tall people might need to mind their head!

(Room 4) Clean, comfortable and reasonably priced for two people. Bedroom was simple but had a double bed, spacious wardrobe and handy desk/deskchair. Bathroom was shared with another room but was spotless and had a decent shower. Kitchen area was available but we weren't in much so didn't really use it. Owner was friendly and helpful. Check in by lockbox made things easy even though we had to arrive late.

Only concern was a couple of men hanging round property that my friend downstairs saw, hoods up backwards and forwards to benches etc She felt uneasy Aware that you have cctv so made us feel a little easier

BEAUTIFUL room, host provided clean linen and towels, not to mention complimentary treats. Shower (once i'd worked it out) was amazing, hot and Huge shower head.

This place is spotless and smelled amazing!!! Its all perfectly decorated and they proper looked after me. The kitchen is massive and they left complimentary snacks, tea, coffee, toilettries. The place had a great location for where I needed to be. The communication was clear from the host, the access was easy and the bed was comfortable. Very happy with my stay and would definitely stay again.

Very close to university campus. Can park on road after 5pm and at weekends. Room was spacious and well equipped. Co-op within 5min walk.

The double bed was too small for 2 people to sleep in comfortably. There was no hot water in the morning for the shower. The tram created a lot of noise and disturbed our sleep. The room was cold and heating took several hours to come on.

The location was good close to uni and the property was clean. The host was nice.
