No negatives Good value for the money as it was £58 for standard double right next to the beach 👌

It was a lovely warm welcome Small hotel , cute setting and very close to the beach we were welcome with extremely warm weather so it was lovely The room was small as it was a standard double but it has everything you needed for the stay , we were also pleasantly surprised to have the small fridge as you wouldn't normally of had this with a standard room The staff were lovely warm and welcoming and they accommodated us with private parking in there personal secure garage which was great 👍 would definitely stay here again for short trip if needed

The cleanliness of the shower room was a let down as there were hairs on the shower mat and on the shower and the base wasn't very clean at all and due to this we decided not to use it. We also understand about dealing with some noise, being within a guest house, however it sounded as though we had a herd of elephants occupying one of the rooms above us and I was woken up a few times throughout the night due to this. We also encountered some kind of a dispute happening directly outside of our room between a guest and the host which ruined the atmosphere for us for a while. When booking, it said that a cooked breakfast would be available for an extra cost during the stay but when we arrived, the host said that he was unable to do the breakfast until later on in the week which was disappointing as we book hotels on the basis that we could wake up and take our time to have breakfast before heading out which wasn't an option here unfortunately.

The room was very modern and spacious with a comfy double bed. We also got a slight view of the beach from our window. The room was clean with a lovely tea and coffee station, fan, heating and even a mini fridge! Overall we were very pleased with how big the room was and how bright and modern it was too. We were also really struggling to find parking so the host allowed us to park behind his car for an extra £10 for the night which saved us a lot of hassle and money.

Goof location but road it's on bit run down and people are Abit hostile not friendly.

Very friendly owner and staff. No breakfast has advertised so had to eat out quite expensive. Bed Abit uncomfortable and shower needs updating Abit. No USB ports near beds for phones etc. Could do with a paint refresh in room. A good stay but check out time would be better at eleven am has my son has disabilities and needed more time really.

The mattress was uncomfortable, with springs pushing under the toppings, if like me you've had a few drinks that's not really a problem but my wife found it hard to sleep would we go back here, yes but would hope the get better mattresses

There was mould on walls of shower, the door of the shower was too small and my partner and I had trouble getting in. We had to squeeze in. Not very comfortable

Could of just done with a cheap bottle of water in the room but the tea and coffee facilities were a nice touch (we just don't drink hot drinks)

Felt that the cost of the overnight accomodation should have included a cooked breakfast which is a traditional part of staying at any B&B or hotel. My partner and I along with two other couples went to a nearby cafe to enjoy a magnificent hearty breakfast.

Hotel was clean and tidy. The hosts were pleasant.
