There was a bit of loud noise (i.e. conversations) coming from the reception area after midnight on my last night (and I even had earplugs in but was still able to hear). On previous stays the noise was minimal/non-existent after 11pm. I'm not sure if there has been a change in policy with the recent changes, it's just something that needs to be considered, and loud slamming of doors in particular at unsociable hours needs to be considered. Also the bunk beds needs better stablishing as the slightest move from someone in the bunk beds rocks the rest of the bunk, and it makes it uncomfortable to sleep.

Washrooms on my floor were too 'open'. It would be nice if the main shared toilet on the floor was in a closed room like for the other floors. It would also be nice to have a girl only washroom.

The room was very crammed, and it had triple bunks. Our room was on the ground floor, overlooking a very busy street, so it was quite noisy because we had to have our window open at all times due to the heat.

This hostel had the one of the biggest and best equipped kitchens I’ve seen so far in hostels - there were 4 stovetops, 4 sinks, enough space, and even though it was in the basement, it was bright and airy. The staff were very helpful, and the location was great. Everything was clean.

My only real complaint were the beds. They were super uncomfortable and difficult to sleep on. I ended up having to get another place as my bed was so uncomfortable.

The place was great and the people were lovely! I liked the kitchen areas and the outdoor space as well. Also liked relaxed vibe of the place.

The mattresses are a bit too firm for me personally but that’s just me and I have particular needs in that regard bc of my back issues so don’t get it wrong, the beds are fine for most people

At times very loud given how social it was, noise at reception made it hard to sleep as our room was nearby. Common areas very clean but dorm room not that clean, leftover wrappers in the bunk area/locker from previous guests, dusty and found a mouldy mug on the window ledge: just needs more time spent cleaning the rooms themselves between guests.

Comparable to some hostels I've stayed in other European cities, bathrooms could have been cleaner and the building could be in better condition. Otherwise, nothing really to complain about.

Only there one night but met some super nice people (staff and others). Great location and good value for the price. Great vibes in the common areas.
