We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe dining room and bar are a long way from reception and you have to climb a large flight of stairs. Breakfast I would say was around 4 out of 10, not much of a selection and not good value for money. We ate in the restaurant, although the food was quite nice it was very expensive for what it was. Parking, not great if you’re on a motorcycle. Getting a taxi into town is an absolute nightmare. We tried five different taxi firms on a Tuesday night and couldn’t get one.
The building itself is stunning, the staff were very friendly and the room is very clean.

United KingdomThe evening menu was a bit pricey for what it was, although the food was cooked very well. The menu lacked quality salad options. There could have also been some better sides. The breakfast could have added smoked salmon and advertised poached eggs (which they kindly prepared). As the estate is sprawling with gym, reception and restaurant in separate buildings umbrellas should be provided.
Our room was great, clean, comfy and well appointed. And the view from our balcony was lovely. The breakfast was substantial and tasty. The evening meals were good, the staff were very attentive.

United KingdomNo chest of drawers in our bedroom. Mirror in the bathroom too high for smaller people. Cars parked on the gravel drive section up to main reception making it difficult to park when checking in. Cars parking on gravel section of drive disturbing when leaving late. Big, free on site car parking areas under utilised.
The room was modern and well equipped. The bed comfortable. The bathroom spacious with modern lighting controls. A problem in the room was rectified within 10 minutes of being reported. The breakfast was excellent and with the self service counter having direct access from the kitchen, the hot food could be topped up as required. The evening meal menu remained the same throughout our visit, but had reasonable variety.
