You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomYou really shouldnt be walking into a room that has meant to have been cleaned to find quite clearly Blood on the curtains and window frame that is a definite no no!!!! The, tap in the bathroom loose, tv kept loosing sound after 2 or 3 minutes. Why on earth at 52 year old you need to pay a £50 damage deposit that apparently takes a week to 14 days to be put back into your account is just down right wrong!

proximity to main bus routes was great as we were in the centre in minutes and was also a good walk from anfield so we didn’t have to waste money on taxis.

United KingdomNot very clean. Breakfast was a few slices of ham and cheese. Coffee awful. £50 deposit which I won't get back for a month was a bit steep considering the cost of a very basic room in a very run down part of the city. No light near or in cupboard. Had to use torch on phone.
Staff were all lovely. Parking was a bonus.
