Welcoming host, lovely grounds and the breakfast in the morning

There’s a main rd nearby. We had the windows open slightly as it was a bit warm and you can hear the cars zoom by. I think an ac or a fan would help, and then you can jerk the windows closed.

It’s a very beautiful house, set on a private corner plot. We met the host Mike and he was a lovely person. Very welcoming, it felt like we’d known him all our life. We stayed there for one night due to a driving test booked locally. I’d love to stay there again. It’s very peaceful. The bed was super comfy, pillows were lovely and soft. Towels were just like home. I travel a lot and I hardly feel comfortable in hotels. At Beightons I felt like I was at home. For the money I paid, I thought it was a bargain. It’s not a modern property, but it’s clean, and I loved the old style things I saw there.

Home from home and lovely surroundings. The room was lovely. We had our own bathroom but not ensuite. Owner was really welcoming and helpfull. Breakfast was left outside your room so you eat in your room.

Very comfortable bed and a massive room and bathroom. Loads of parking. Very warm welcome from the host Mike and family . Nothing too much trouble. I w Xas made to feel very welcome in his home. Good continental breakfast delivered to the door with a microwave fridge and toaster in the room plus tea and coffee facilities.

The only thing is it would have been useful to have a dressing table to do hair etc and a full length mirror but as we only stayed one night it wasn’t really a big deal we just compromised with the dining table and mirror that was there.

Beautiful place! The room was a good size with a Very comfy bed! Breakfast was nice, plenty for us. Lovely friendly owner.

The en-suite room I was in was lovely, very tranquil, looking out onto the gardens of the property. Ideal location for an event I was attending at Euston Hall. Plus, Mike, the host, is a lovely chap. Very friendly.

We liked everything!!

This was honestly the nicest place I've ever stayed. Everything was so cozy, so comfy. The building and rooms are stunning with lovely attention to detail. Comfy bed and pillows. The facilities were impeccable and great selection of brekkie bits. Host was welcoming and friendly. I could live here. Could not ask for more!

We were expecting a traditional B & B breakfast but instead there is a basic continental breakfast provided to eat in the room. I'm sure this suits a lot of people but you might need to plan your other meals around this. Perhaps a call to the owner would be useful to check details.

Large, comfortable room, nice large ensuite with shower over the bath. The room had a good sized meal table, kettle, microwave, toaster and mini fridge. The house is in quite a quiet wooded area and is set in spacious grounds with plenty of parking. The owner, Mike, texted with details for us to find the house. Good value for money and a lucky find.

Very helpful and friendly host, with extremely clean and well presented Accomodation, the in room continental breakfast worked well for us, as did having a fridge in the room. Bed was comfortable. Host made us feel welcome and happy to share local Knowledge.
