No atmosphere, but it was very early in the year ! The bar needs to be more visable . Staff are good and very friendly although looked a bit worried sometimes! Can’t really pinpoint the problem but I think they are doing their very best.

We expected there to be a climb from the sea front to the hotel but be prepared that it is substantial. The alternative walk from the town involves a short stretch along the road with no pavement.

All restaurants are close around 9pm in this hotel and nearest. It is really hard to find convenient store nearest to buy snack. Iron needs to be in room.

It is very lovely location and clean attractive property The staff is really lovely We love Anar and Rose. The rest of the team are very supportive. Easily walk to beach and nice view from the hotel.

There was no USB port in our room and I had to walk 1.5 miles to Waitrose to buy an adapter to be able to charge our phones. There is an external light outside our room 224 that remained on throughout the night which lit up the room a bit, but it wasn't too bad as the block out curtains worked quite well.

The views were fantastic. The staff were even better than expected. Anar at reception sorted out our every need and was wonderful. I had made a mistake in not booking a double bed when I booked a double room, but Anar sorted us out in no time at all. Our room was great and the shower was perfect.

Coffee at breakfast wasn't great.

Staff made this stay fabulous. But, that said, the whole hotel was good and very good value. Freshly cooked breakfast rather than the usual cold and dried rubbish most hotels serve up.

The Biarritz Hotel in St Brelades is a hidden gem on the Jersey coast, offering a prime location just a short walk from the beach. From the moment we arrived, the staff, led by the welcoming Anar at Reception, impressed us with their professionalism and warmth. Despite its three-star rating, the service at Biarritz felt more like that of a 4 or 5 star rating , with every staff member going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Sheila, our waitress during dinner, was a standout, providing attentive service with a smile. .Our rooms were spacious, comfortable, and tastefully decorated, offering a perfect retreat after a day of exploring the island. One small issue with one room was promptly addressed by the manager, showcasing the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction. For anyone planning a visit to Jersey, I highly recommend the Biarritz Hotel. It's a true paradise by the sea."

Very impressed by the friendliness and helpfulness of all members of the staff. The view from our bedroom and from the dining room would be hard for any coastal hotel to improve upon. We’ve had several good visits to Jersey at various locations over many years but we have now found a hotel that we will certainly come back to - and hopefully soon.

The bath had a chip in the enamel and was stained by an old rubber shower mat. The hot water in the morning was tepid at best providing a chilly shower. The dinner menu options were very limited and uninteresting. Although a kettle and drinks supplies were provided it only included biscuits on the guest night which seemed an unnecessary frugal act.

Good sized room and bed with a nice balcony and lovely view. The staff were top notch. Friendly, helpful and cheerful. The breakfast was good and plentiful.

BREAKFAST NEEDS A PROPER MANAGER TO RUN IT, THE TEAM IS VERY KIND BUT CLEARLY THERE IS AN ABSENCE OF GUIDANCE. REFILLING THE BUFFET, CLEARING AND RELAYING NEED A DIFFERENT GEAR. BUFFET IS QUITE DECENT, NOT IN LINE WITH THE ISLAND, WITH THE PLACE, WITH THE HOTEL. NOT HAVING A FRESH BREWED COFFEE/CAPPUCCINO, BUT JUST A MACHINE, MOVE THIS BREAKFAST TO A BUDGET HOTEL RATHER THAN A PRICELESS VIEW BOUTIQUE ONE.

The hotel was stunning with stunning views. The staff couldn’t have been anymore helpful and welcoming, the food was very good too. Our room (S1A) was fantastic with the most amazing view over the St Brelades bay. Everything was exceptionally clean, and the beds were made daily with new towels and tea/coffee etc replenished everyday. Jason (the manager), the restaurant manager and all the staff are a huge credit

The fact that I emailed ahead to ask for soya milk but had to go to waitrose and purchase myself. I'm coeliac and dairy intolerant and think staff need to understand a little better

Only comment--bed was firmer than we like, but that is personal choice.

We had an incredible view of the bay from our room and balcony--watching the sunset was beautiful. The room was huge, spotless and well furnished. The whole hotel seemed to have been recently decorated and furnished and very attractive. Breakfast was excellent and the one evening meal we had was very good. There is a little coffee bar open all day and if no staff around can tell reception what you had. It is an pleasant walk through the garden to the beach though as it is on a hill may be more difficult for anyone with walking difficulties. Best of all-the lovely staff group, everyone friendly, helpful and kind. So lucky to have found it.
