Nothing to mention. The breakfast was very fresh, diverse, and delicious. The room looked as it should and described on booking.com. The bed was super comfortable.

The hotel was centrally located. The room and hotel were nicely equipped so you feel at home. The staff were very kind and helpful. There is a relatively big gym space with modern equipment. Fantastic!

Windows in room could not open and had no ventilation strip. The room service was extremely bad, we had to wait for 2 hours to get cold food and forgotten drinks.

Rooms where spacious and comfortable. Reception staff was very professional and friendly. There was an Easter goodie bag for the kids.

The meal at the restaurant was not that nice and the kids menu was terrible. The service was okay but the wait times were too long, an hour for our food.

The only downside to the whole experience was the coffee making facilities in the room which were glum.

The restaurant didn't cater for toddler refused to give us a snack and room service for the wedding party was exceptionally poor especially given the money that was spent and generated throughout the day. Was very disappointed with this service and wouldn't recommend to anyone with a small child

We are a couple of mature cyclists pedalling across the West Country. We stayed at four hotels on this adventure. This was by far the most luxurious and expensive. Accommodation and meals were both excellent. Service was polite and friendly.Help storing our bikes safely was excellent though redeeming them on our departure was a bit tedious.

Very rare to find such a spacious hotel - in the general areas and in the rooms. The location is superb. Staff were excellent. Room and bed also excellent - slept well all three nights. We’ve found our spot when travelling to Bristol in the future

We liked it all and have no complaints whatsoever. I found all the staff very helpful and polite and the service and friendliness was very high. The location was brilliant for all the central amenities including placing a bet on at my favourite “Betfred” bookies on my local town club. I also bet on Bristol Rovers who were playing at home and won , so there we are- a great time!

Location and just about everything. We had a great time and the restaurant turned out to be first class. We have no complaints at all. We were attending the annual Bristol Hi-Fi show and in all had a great time. We would definitely return to the Marriott hotel and indeed so does my elder brother since he always chose the Marriotts when he travelled abroad or within the UK.

Price for one night. Understandable cost given the location and facilities but still somewhat expensive for the evening.
