I didn't like having to do everything through the app as it didn't work very well. It made it difficult to book things and I found it almost impossible to get a restaurant reservation or order room service resorting to ordering by phone.

I liked the location and the level of facilities. Bed was really comfortable and the room was lovely with good views.

Bar staff busy but very poor. Ignored to the point of frustration. Moved from one side of the bar to the other after being told there was no service that side only for other customers being served there directly after being moved on. Then still not even acknowledged updated or a question of who was next being asked. Let alone served.

Lovely aspect, good food and service in the dining areas. Friendly staff in the outdoor activities too. Nice leisure facilities.

Paying for the car park after paying to stay there, I would’ve thought the car park facilities would’ve been free

All the facilities as like the pool, the sauna Jacuzzi was warm. The food is lovely and the staff are very friendly.

The signage and information were both either non existent or dire . We could not find our way around the main hotel let alone the whole resort . Whilst very clean the property fixtures and fittings all looked a bit tired and dated . The resort and hotel push hard for you to book everything on the app but it really did not work for anything I tried either before my stay or during . The website was equally very hard to get information from. . Work needs to be done on these. A grumpy point but I did object to paying for parking my car on top !

Good room size including very comfortable bed . The staff were all excellent in every encounter . We really enjoyed use of the signature lounge .

Very unclear about the cost of breakfast. Breakfast should be included in the price. The lifts were very slow. The steam room was smelly and not steamy at all. The jacuzzi wasn’t very hot. The lockers were unpredictable if they were going to work or not. It took me 20 minutes trying to get my locker open before asking for help.

Spacious and many activities for the children. The buffet breakfast was very nice. The piano man in the main bar was wonderful.

Lifts are very irritating, not enough to cope with volume of guests. Need new software programme to allow people to dictate floor they wish to go to is’nt interrupted by another guest going in a different direction

Only 3 lifts which were a nightmare to get to top floor (where our room was) especially on check in. Possibly a bit outdated and a bit overpriced

Trying to find the correct car park to park in. Waiting for the lift, took a long time. Ordered room service, but grapes on the plate were mouldy.

So expensive for an outdated bedroom (I’ve stayed in much cheaper, yet more stylish, Airbnbs) & they wouldn’t bring breakfast to our room like last time (one of our favourite parts of our previous stay). You now must go to the buffet downstairs.
