They let me pay for the breakfast at the property more than I should at the first day I arrived . Last day i went back to have breakfast there were abig different price with same number of people.(human mistake)

No bedside unit at one side of the bed. The shower leaked at the join between the hose and the shower head. The larger flush button on the toilet did not work. These were reported to reception on checkout.

We stayed for one night and didn't have breakfast. The location was great, the linked charge reduction with the APCOA secure car park worked really well. The room and hotel were spotless. The reception staff were pleasant and helpful. Great view from the floor to ceiling windows.

Food at the restaurant was pricier. Gym facilities not great.

Central location. Comfy beds. Complimentary water and decent breakfast(not complimentary). Room had ironing facilities, mini bar and hair dryer. Daily Cleaning of rooms. Would definitely visit again. Very close to Arndale shopping centre, Shudehill interchange bus stop, tram stop and Victoria train station (all within walkable distance)

Unfortunately, I was not aware of certain things missing in the room till I was checking out. But if I had said something before then I know the hotel would have changed the room.

This hotel exceeded my expectation It was very clean and comfortable. Very family friendly, I took both and I could tell they were comfortable and happy. I was very impressed with the breakfast and the staff who made sure to always be helpful and understanding.

Some shared areas could do with freshening up with paint, such as the corridors. The main parts of the hotel were fine though.

We got a good price for a family room. I liked that we had 2 double beds instead of the 3rd bed being a fold out sofa. 2 double beds were MUCH better. I liked that there was a seperate bath and shower, plus vegan products. We enjoyed the breakfast and felt there was enough variety. The location was excellent and I hadn't realised we would be that close to the centre. The parking discount was great and it was very close to the hotel. The BEST about the hotel was the comfy bed! The mattress was amazing and we slept really well.

We pretty much always stay at this hotel when travelling to Manchester for events, concerts etc. There are 2 car parks just across the road and the arena is in walking distance. Staff have always been nice and pleasant. We've never had an issues with the rooms we've stayed in or food.

Trivial really but the shower cubicle is very small (anybody above average height and weight will struggle) but there is an excellent bath tub!

Great location, close to the Arndale shopping mall and many restaurants. Room was very neat and the bed sizes were perfect for my family of 4. The staff were also very helpful.

Carpets in rooms have marks on areas but given age of hotel I guess this is justified

Staff are professional and friendly. Breakfast is excellent. Rooms are really well laid out and modern. Plenty of plugs and lovely bedding. Fridge in rooms also. Restaurant is set back and lovely setting. Cannot find any fault. Will be back.

No outlet one of side of bed

Breakfast was very well organised. Quiet at night (probably due to soundproof walls). Big and spacious room with soft and lovely bed. Good with extra pillows. Lovely staff. Lunch and dinner food was fine but breakfast was lovely (try the blueberry muffin!!). Rooms also came with AC which was perfect for the summer heat.
