There were exactly TWO tea bags. It was a double room. Quite a few hotels have snack machines, this didn't although a limited number of chocolates and crisps can be found at the bar. You need to provision before you leave the Airport, and if you've come from the Train Station then you won't pass a shop.

The room was comfortable, and it was quiet. Everything worked. For the price it was convenient and comfortable, but I have stayed in much more expensive hotels so my expectations were a little disappointed.

I would like to say that we could not have been treated better, from Daniel when we checked in to the lady who helped me with the CPP advice and bookings, whose name I didn't get😬. Also for allowing g us to bring my son and family in for breakfast when they arrived from Atlanta. I would particularly like to thank the delightful Dianne on your breakfast team who could not have been more friendly and helpful. All in all, a peasant experience

Mix up with rooms. Was given a room and found it belonged to someone else. However, mishaps like this can occur... I was immediately given a different room and staff were very apologetic. Very nice staff only one of the staff members at breakfast was grumpy with an attitude problem.

Room was very comfortable with everything thought of including safe, iron tea/coffee/biscuits, water, wifi, chargers by the bed, shower cap and toiletries. Bed was very comfortable with an incredibly large tv, with many channels. Very clean and modern room and bathroom. Very quiet. The additional plus was the late breakfast on Sunday to 11am and the late checkout at 12:00.

The hotel was noisy, but I appreciate that it is at the airport and to be expected. I was travelling on my own and I went to the bar for something to eat. You have to pick a table and then take the table number to the bar when ordering. However I wasn't going to leave my bag unattended at a table so by the time I got to order someone else had come in and sat at my table. Maybe a little reserved or occupied sign that I could have put on the table when I got a menu would have helped this.

nothing ...... just wonder why restaurants don't do half portions for people eating alone - always end up ordering too much because want to try different dishes and many people are traveling alone.... worth considering for an airport hotel maybe?

everyone was helpful - meal in the Thai restaurant was gorgeous - bar staff were really friendly as can be hard on your own at the bar..... ideal for an early flight on the Monday - easy walk to the terminal - will stay again

Also great service from the kind gentlemen we checked out with. Considering it was 4am his friendly demeanour and attitude were seriously impressive! The check in staff was very helpful in upgrading from a room with a double bed & sofa bed to a toom with a proper single bed. More appropriate for 3 adults.

Not sure about walking from the terminal I had to cross 4 lanes of traffic pulling a bulging bag - I feared I would make national news
