The bed was very uncomfortable. We could hear the people in the apartment above moving around, which made the light fitting in the living room rattle.

Stairs, no spices in kitchen, no directions for washer/dryer. Longer walk than I thought to the train station - up a steady hill on your way back.

Very clean, spacious apartment! We really appreciated the space, the large kitchen, the daylight and views...comfy beds, and 2 toilet!!! It was definitely nice to come back to after a full day touring and loved having operable windows for fresh air and water views! Only downside - going up to the 4th floor with a heavy bag (even without bags!) was hard, not recommended for older folks or people who can't do that many stairs so put that in your reservation request. The kitchen is SUPER limited, no spices etc so you need everything if you plan to cook. Has all the basics for pots/pans, utensils. I think it would be REALLY helpful - and needed - to provide instructions on how to use the washer/dryer. I got it wrong several times and used CHATGPT to help finally. Blackout shades provided, quiet apartment.

Great location, walking distance to all major sites. Very spacious with 3 separate bedrooms to accommodate the 6 adults in our party. Also, 2 separate showers which really helped. Very nice family room with TV and sitting area to relax in the evening. Kitchen was awesome. And it had a nice outdoor sitting area.

Nothing, it was very clean, finished to a high standard. We would have expected a little more by way of a welcome basket or something for the price per night (fresh milk etc)

Lots of stairs up to the apartment (no lift). If you have mobility issues it might not be the place for you.

The apartment was VERY spacious and well equipped. Having a washing machine and drying rack in the unit was terrific. Location was also very convenient - just a short walk to the tram stops. A good base for exploring Edinburgh.

The location was great, and the apartment was fantastic! Huge bedrooms, two large bathrooms, a comfortable lounge, and the kitchen was perfect for what we needed. Close to the city centre and walking distance to Edinburgh Castle. We loved it!

Limited parking access. Difficult to find initially. Some things are broken inside (one of the blinds, the shower knobs to control temp). I didn’t realise how many stairs to the unit, which proved a bit difficult for my older parents.

Apt needs more kitchen utensils for cooking basic meals. And could benefit from info for visitors on restaurants in immediate vicinity. Also the doors didn’t stay open, so slammed every time you left a room.

Great central location that allowed us to walk everywhere. It was beautiful- must have been newly renovated- very large/open, clean.

Some maintenance needed. Flickering light in bathroom, cupboard door in kitchen wouldn't shut properly, cutlery and crockery not clean. Rangehood lights didn't work.

Plenty of space, self catering, washing machine, location perfect for Old and New Town, and other attractions. Just sufficiently far away from very crowded areas. Tesco Express close. Close to bars, pubs and restaurants. Good views although getting bags up to the fourth floor was a fitness test.
