Not much to say here. There are quite a few stairs if you’re on the third floor tho!

I liked the kitchen and how clean it was. The location was good too, with the underground station and bus stops being close by.

Could probably invest in some more bowls for kitchen Top floor showers very good hot water but couldn't take a cold shower which wasn't ideal in the heat, lower floor showers had cooler water

Staff were lovely and helpful with luggage storage before we checked in Very clean bed sheets and toilets, showers Easy to access- right near Tube station, Tesco, Laundromats Top floor where our dorm was had air conditioning which was absolutely amazing because it got very hot, this was a lovely surprise although unsure if all rooms have this Rooms and building felt secure and safe Kitchen facilities- fridge, stove, microwave etc were great, and were cleaned multiple times throughout our stay

I didn't like that during warm weather there was not enough fan and the shower had only super hot water and cz of that i couldn't shower properly

I liked that the place is cheap and at the heart of london .moreover, the place takes a good care of cleanliness and everything was neat and tidy

Like everywhere else in the UK : we can’t open the windows to a good extent and it was hot in the room (top floor, top bunk bed, hot despite the room’s fan).

Very well located place ! Super nice staff. As soon as you enter the reception area, it smells laundry detergent (good sign!). The hostel is clean and bathrooms are cleaned several times a day. Once again : amazing staff. And we can leave our luggage for free !!!!

Showers were pretty crowded, and some of them were only hot as hell with no cold water. I booked for a few nights and had to leave a day earlier, but they didn't reimburse me the last night I couldn't stay. I know there's a cancellation policy, and it's definitely my bad, but it would have been nice if they'd make an exception that one time.

Budget friendly, good location, and pretty clean. It's super close to a few underground and bus stops. The staff was kind too. Probably the best you can get for this price in London.

The curtains couldn't fully block the sunlight, and the mattress was uncomfortable.

For me, i did not like the window in rooms, the windows are not openable.

The property location is excellent. It is near to borough underground station. Very good staff. The residents very lovely and kindly persons. It is very good choice for short visitors.

The floor was not clean and clearly needed mopping. I saw the cleaning lady when she came in — all she did was make the beds; she didn't sweep or mop the floor. Additionally, there were no lockers provided for our belongings, so many people had to leave their things on the floor, which made it difficult to move around the room comfortably.

I hadn't read enough of the other reviews, so I expected a bit better. No hangers inside (there's no room for it either, there were some on the outside) or place to leave your stuff in the shower. Not so clean overall. No elevator (I had quite some luggage and was tired after the previous days). Only small lockers and everyone had access to the storage room whenever they wanted. Noisy air ventilator next to my bed...

Location was handy for me and is close to some of the touristic attractions. Cheap if you are just looking for a bed to sleep in. Could leave my luggage in their storage room a few hours before check in.

Clean, comfortable, and was exactly what I needed for a stop over in London on my way to the continent. The bar downstairs is exceptional, had a really great time there and the staff in both the bar and hostel were amazing. There’s community is really friendly which I’ve struggled to find in other hostels, and the kitchen is fully stocked and equipped
