The property is homely and well presented, set in a beautiful area with fantastic views. The hosts are very welcoming, not to mention the pigs and the communication was great. Lovely log burner for cold evenings and everything you need including a fabulous welcome hamper

Clean, comfortable, bright. Kitted out with all the bits you need and several things you didn’t realise you’d need. Beautiful views. Really welcoming and homely.

We didn’t like the fact the small garden wasn’t fenced in, this is because with dogs we would have loved to just open the back door and let both dogs have a smell off without a lead.

We liked the design, the washing machine and it was able to hold the heat. The log burner and the kitchen were great to cook on. We appreciated the hamper as well, this was great. We absolutely loved the location and the exceptional views. We loved the fact that the farm was there and we could be here over the NYE.

There was nothing to not like.

The provision of some breakfast foods and drinks was wonderful. The cottages are in a very secluded spot, yet only a few minutes' drive from town. It was lovely to see friendly pigs and sheep so close to the cottages.

The sofa bed was not as comfortable as expected.

Lovely welcome pack which included a homemade lemon cake. Stunning location just 10 minutes from South Molton.

Need a wardrobe or rail to hang clothes

Adele, Michael and Robin were fantastic . We fully enjoyed helping Michael to feed the animals. My daughter fell in love with Ruby( the dog). Accommodation was brilliant, very peacefull. Loved the welcome breakfast pack and sponge cake. Cottage was home from home. Loved the farm shop

That we had to leave…

Firstly can I apologise for the late review, life got in the way… I can honestly say, my friend and I loved everything. The fact we had two separate bedrooms with on-suites and the privacy that provided. It’s amazing views, the exceptional facilities, the cleanliness, the amazing welcome basket which was incredible. That homemade lemon cake didn’t last long at all. The power shower in my room with the twin beds is phenomenal, worth the 6 hour drive alone. The peace and quiet and the fact you accepted my friends dog at short notice when the sitter let her down and especially when seeing how superbly the cottages are decorated. My friend and I were extremely lucky to find this booking. And we’re blown away when we arrived… It was the welcome break we both needed and recharged our worn out batteries. So thank from both Jenifer & Linda.

I loved everything

Lovely and quiet, gorgeous little hamper. Amazing interior and very clean. The hosts were amazing, helping the children with the farm animals, teaching them about different types of animals and information on each animal.

The double bed was a little small, but thats us being super picky!

The only issue we faced which was a slight problem was the Wi-Fi signal kept dropping in and out and sometimes went completely for X amount of time. Nevertheless, this wasn’t a complete make or break.

Amazing location, beautiful scenery, and an overall gorgeous cottage. The hosts were amazing and on request supplied us with a wonderful BBQ pack for our first night which was lovely. Very quiet and secluded. Peaceful with spectacular views.

Property was light, airy and very spacious and all equipment and needs of guests had been catered for. Hosts provided an exceptional welcome hamper and included home baked items , produce from the farm and other locally sourced products. Excellent communication prior to arrival with comprehensive information and option of ordering pre prepared meals for first night. Really felt that hosts wanted to make sure that guests had an enjoyable and comfortable stay at their accommodation.

location , perfect. On arrival , a big basket of high quality food, for a great fry up or evening meal, tea coffee, milk, butter, snacks, jams, sauces, prosecco, cans of cider. all locally sourced. Fantastic.Brilliant

The pans were all badly burnt and not really fit for purpose. Luckily we didn’t do any cooking. it was a shame as everything else was a very high specification.

The setting was peaceful and beautiful- the views are stunning! The cottage was gorgeous and very comfortable and we had a fantastic hamper of local produce.
