Clean, beautiful, traditional decoration, ideal location for town and beach. Owner really, attentive and helpful. Lovely selection of options for breakfast. Would stay again and would strongly recommend.

Absolutely lovely it was exceptional down to the very last detail James made sure his guests came 1st there is nothing to fault exceptional coffee/tea facilities in the room choice of breakfast to take to your room cereal fresh cold milk yogurts fruit juice bowls spoons glasses all neatly prepared in the room an absolute joy

Lovely house in central location. Large rooms and bathrooms, well furnished with lots of nice touches (including hair straighteners!). Breakfast included - cereal, yoghurt and fruit only, serve yourself and eat in room, but it works well. James, the owner, very helpful.

We had the top floor double plus twin. It’s like two adjoining suites. Large space. Spotlessly clean. Great facilities inc full size fridge. 2 immaculate bathrooms . Generous help yourself breakfast that you take to the room.

Can’t park outside but there are side streets close by with free parking available.

Very comfortable, immaculate accommodation. Beautifully decorated and very clean and well maintained. Amenities within the room are excellent. Quality toiletries, tea and coffee and biscuits. Jugs of fruit juice and milk which can be kept in the fridge are a great idea. The bed is very comfortable. Central position in the town close to restaurants, shops and the seafront.

Nothing we didn't like with water and orange juice available on a help yourself basis, but I love a cooked breakfast and would love one to be offered, having said we knew it wasn't something they currently offer and Kayleigh's cafe was beautiful.

The room (room 1) we had was perfect for a couple. It has a beautifully appointed bathroom with a large separate shower and bath, which is perfect. The bed is one of the most comfortable we've slept in, and we both had a lovely relaxing sleep. Location is perfect for the town and beach, with both being within 5 - 7 walking distance.

The only downside to our visit was lack of parking at the property. We did however get parked on the street not too far away, so not too much of an issue.

We were met by the owner who was very friendly and welcoming and he helped with our bag up to the room on the first floor. The room we stayed in is beautifully decorated, spacious for our needs and very comfortable. It has a private bathroom en suite which was very clean and tidy and, again, beautifully decorated. It was extremely relaxing couple of days.
