Outstanding hotel situated in a quiet area, with easy access to transport. Lovely atmosphere and attention, breakfast was excellent. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend this small hotel.

The place is beautiful and spacious the picture doesn't do enough justice to this hotel, it looks more beautiful when seen. A home away from home for us. Breakfast is amazing too and the staffs are very professional. Absolutely Fantastic!! we coming back✌️🏽😃.

Such a lovely place to stay love every minute. Purple theme 💜 hallways and great room names. We had the top room with a lovely view and had the best chair ever. Breakfast was really nice with so many opinions to choose from. Few minutes walk to everythink you will need. Model village Huge lake Museum Restaurant The beach The staff was very helpful and available We have a lovely few days away here 😀

Bit tired looking in places but nothing terrible. Larger bath sheets would be better than the bath towels provided. I’m only small but think a larger person would find it a faff trying to dry themselves.

Great location, friendly staff & fantastic value for money. We were there on a Sunday & it was less than half the price of a Saturday night. With breakfast included it was an amazing price !

Staff were super friendly, breakfast was lovely and there was a bus stop just outside the door to go into Portsmouth central. If you just fancy a takeaway or the wether is nice to sit on the pier would highly recommend The Old Pier Hut great food and value for money

I can’t fault the staff at this hotel, they were all exceedingly friendly, polite and helpful. Whilst the room was good, I don’t consider it matched the price paid. Whilst it was well equipped it was nevertheless rather oddly shaped and therefore, didn’t impress. That said, I did have a comfortable stay.

Wonderful hotel. Excellent value, great location. Staff go that extra mile with there service. Room was very pleasant and breakfast was not only free but very tasty indeed. Please keep up the good work. This proves how hospitality on a buget should be done.

Off road parking is limited though permit for road parking outside was available.

Very clean and friendly helpful staff. Ideal location for our early ferry from Portsmouth and nearby restaurants. Second time of staying and already booked for July. Keep up the good work.

The curtains didn't block out a lot of light so I was woken up quite early in the morning, the toilet paper was scented which I personally can be sensitive to so prefer to use normal toilet paper.

Very comfortable bed, the jacuzzi bath was great and I opted for the celebration package which was lovely and great value. The location was great, very close to lots of bars and restaurants. And it wasn't too difficult to find parking with the permit.

The shower wasn't the best ( water pressure wasnt great) but we had a hot tube so wasn't that much of a problem really.

The room was decorated with petals, chocolates and bubbly (paid extra as it was my wife's birthday) and having a two person hot tub in your room was just brilliant, breakfast was included and was very nice and the staff were very friendly and helpful will be using again on our next trip down, lots of restaurants near by 5 minutes drive or 15/20 minutes walk, beach is 5 minutes away witht he canoelake which is all light up at night worth a little walk down, the pier is OK but very old and run down if you go further down the coast you will see Clarence pier, which is alot of fun.
