2 single beds in an extremely outdated property with only a sink and a tv that doesn’t work. Smelly shared shower and shared toilet. Not for me this one.

We stayed at this hotel two years ago. It was shabby but clean and the staff were very nice and it was value for money so we decided it was worth using again, However, this time it was very dirty, cold and draughty.

Great location for the theatre we were visiting and for the Brtish Museum

Bed extremely hard and uncomfortable. Same with the pillows. Zero facilities in the room. Not kettle, no glass or cup. Only one plug socket. Decor was scruffy and tired. The curtains didn't fit the window giving no privacy and causing light to stream in in the morning.

1 step up from a hostel. Old warn out room. think prison cell that you can leave. really basic lodgings. having said that it's 20 to 30 pound cheaper than any private room in the city. at 58 pound you have to accept what you get. wouldn't stay longer than 1 night. but it's a bed and a roof. receptionist was pleasant enough.

The beds were too creaky to sleep on, there was no sink plug and the taps were backwards.

The location was perfect except that it was exceedingly noisy throughout the night. The room was impeccably clean, but the paint was peeling off. I could have paid a little more for a serious upgrade in the area.

Location good for exploring or going out in London. It's a budget hotel a lot cheaper than most places nearby so it's going to be dated but the check in was easy, the ensuite was fine, the bed was all right and the room's temperature was warm enough despite it being cold outside. Slept fine. Nothing to complain about really.

The property has a sister property 3 doors down but there is no Wifi. Wifi should be installed especially for visitors when wanting to look at attraction times ect ect.

For its location, its was great value for money and what we needed it. a bed and shower facilities. Have stayed in this hotel 3 times and it does meet our expectations.

No light in bathroom. Noise levels. Heater was on high asked to turn it down twice but had to sleep with window open due to intense heat. This then meant we were woken up very early

The bedroom were nice size, but no facilities such as kettle for tea or coffee. The bathrooms were extremely dirty and the showers did not work well. The toilet door had a massive gap underneath There were signs that said no smoking, but it was very obvious that someone was smoking throughout our stay in their room.

The hotel was very run down. The decor was very dated and unkempt. The room itself was mouldy, smelly (carpet smelt of urine), carpet was falling apart in areas. 2 single beds were very basic and uncomfortable. No kettle in room or options for drinks in hotel, not even a vending machine on site.

The location was perfect for us as had tickets for a musical at the vaudeville Theatre. Staff were very friendly and approachable. Price was very cheap... Now I know why!!

The room had barely been cleaned. Dust everywhere, the bathroom had mould, spiders webs, shower doesn’t stay in position. The front door had no handle and barely shut so had to moved table up against it to keep it shut. Definitely wouldn’t feel safe staying there alone.

Bugs (possibly fleas) in the shower which also smelled of damp, I doubt the room has ever been fully dry. Friendly staff but it was a relief to leave the hotel in the morning. I only stayed one night which was good because the pillow was like a brick. The actual room and bed (excluding the brick pillow) were comfortable. You get what you pay for in central London but you can do a budget hotel and not have bugs infesting the place. Thankfully the shower wasn’t attached to my room.

We had the worst nights sleep ever, and I’m a heavy sleeper - you can hear every movement of every other guest and cars honking outside all night, the mattress was very hard and the duvet was paper thin. We were woken from an already bad sleep at 3am by the guest in the room next door walking around their room and having a long phonecall which you could hear every word of. The room was very bare and rickety. I don’t like to complain usually, but the sleepless night almost ruined our entire trip.
