Hotel website gives wrong information regarding which car park to stay in. When phoning the hotel we went through to a central number who did not know enough information. They never advised they were not the hotel staff.

The bedrooms themselves while big are a little bit stark and empty. Even just a couple of more pieces of beatles art/pictures would make a big difference.

The hotel is very centrally located. The lobby and bar and other common areas are very well themed. The room we had was lovely and big with a big comfortable bed and everywhere seemed very clean you could smell the cleaning going on in the morning!! The lighting controls over the bed were very much appreciated!

It was too dark - the lighting in the room was bad You couldn’t see in the wardrobe to find your clothes. The reception and surrounds were dark not very good lighting throughout the hotel Also you need to put some clothes hooks in the rooms where you can hang your coat when you come in Or in bathroom to hang your dressing gown Breakfast was good and plenty but the roast we had on the Sunday was awful

The breakfast let the whole thing down. My cup had a crack in, my mums was dirty. We had gone to get some fruit and our plates and cutlery was cleared from the table. We were well with in our time slot. Badly ran from my experiance other days may be differant.

The fact that health really debilitated Annette's enjoyment of her trip and sightseeing couldn't be enjoyed at all.

Annette enjoyed the hotel and facilities plus staff were welcoming and friendly, just she was sick most of the trip and couldn't eat due to.hrr ongoing health issues.

Parking instructions from the booking were incorrect. We changed car parks three times. No coat hooks in the room.

Shower was partially broken. Could only use one setting, although that was operational. Breakfast was adequate in enough but staff in the restaurant were a bit mediocre. No sense of purpose and no one managing. Tables were slow to be cleared whilst staff were chatting. Even when they set the tables they were missing basics. Staff in the restaurant were however pleasant and friendly.

Lovely big bed. Comfortable room. Great balcony. Nice ambiance in the hotel. Staff on reception were really welcoming. In particular an older gentleman who assisted us with left luggage was brilliant. Very attentive and helpful. Liked the Beatles theme. Not too gimmicky. Very attractive building.

The extraction fan in the bathroom was on constantly and there was a flashing light over the bed in room 113. The pillows and douvet have goose feathers, I'm allergic so had to ask twice at reception to have them changed, I eventually asked the room cleaner and she sorted it out for me.

It was a beatles theme hotel, if you are a fan you will love it. The location is great, just round the corner from Matthew Street.

Be careful getting in and out of the bath / shower. The floor of the bath isn't level with the floor, it's a little raised and the sides of the bath are quite high. My wife was stepping in to have a shower and feel. Thank God she wasn't hurt but it is a tricky step in, so be careful.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was very clean and spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect for experiencing the sights and sounds of the City.
