You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomSome mtce work taking place outside. You had to put £50 on a credit card to cover any extra charges. I don't agree with this. Car parking extra shocking the hotel should have a deal to give guests free parking. Also the pillows were of a poor quality very uncomfortable.

United KingdomBreakfast on our second day (Sunday morning) can only be described as utter chaos. Almost everything had run out, there were no clean tables, there were no bowls for people to help themselves to cereal etc, there were no glasses for juice and no clean cutlery - I'm not sure what went wrong but it was a very different experience to the relaxing meal we'd had the day before!
The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Staff on check-in were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for visiting the convention centre that weekend. Breakfast on our first morning was lovely, there were plenty of options available on the buffet as well as a menu of extra items that could be ordered.
