There is nothing we did not like, it was all great.

The location was great, the stable accommodation was fantastic as was the breakfast. Janet was there to meet us on arrival, she had left some home made shortbread which was delicious. I hope we have the opportunity to visit again. Would not hesitate to recommend this property for a stay.

We loved everything ! Paul & Janet were lovely hosts and made us feel very welcome in their beautiful home. Our room was lovely with gorgeous views. Everything was exceptionally clean. The breakfast was great. Highly recommend a stay in the property.

Not much, a tad chilly as these big houses are hard to heat, but electric rads were on hand to keep warm.

A beautiful home in a stunning setting, I wanted to move in. Welcoming, warm and friendly staff. Delicious food and mouth watering homemade shortbread biscuits in the cosy room on arrival. Can't recommend highly enough.

Location was very peaceful, set in attractive grounds. Rooms were spacious and tastefully decorated. Our hostess was very friendly and informative and served a delicious breakfast

Everything was perfect.

Breakfast choices suited us to a tee and the hostess was previously a trained chef which also helped. We wanted something out of the town and Hazel Manor was everything we wanted, from the location to the hospitality. Our hosts treated us like family.

We were attending a wedding at the nearby Ripley castle and felt very lucky to get a lovely room 5 minutes away, nestled in the beautiful North Yorkshire countryside. Janet and Paul were lovely, friendly and very accommodating even when we turned up very late due to traffic. Janet kept in contact with us on our way and gave us clear instructions to find the place. The room was beautifully decorated, clean and had everything you need in it; even some fantastic homemade shortbread. We enjoyed hearing about Paul's music specialism and the pop quiz at breakfast about 80s numbers ones! The eggs Benedict and Yorkshire breakfast were great - our compliments to the chef! There's a beautiful garden outside with views over the Yorkshire countryside; a week place to relax. There's a Tesco express at the end of the drive for small things, and it's only a 10 minute drive to the centre of Harrogate, which was very handy when we realised we needed some last minute things for the wedding. All in all, we had a lovely stay at Hazel Manor and next time we need to stay up that way, we'll definitely book again!

Nothing AS EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT

meet in the car park on arrival by Janet, had everything explained to us THEN taken up to our room & left alone to enjoy our overnight stay, Janet asked us if we had any plans for evening meal & we told her we was going to THE CURIOUS COW which was on her list of places close by & told us that was a nice pub & only a 5 minute drive away WHICH was great after a 3 hour drive from home to Harrogate. The room was Fantastic & had brilliant views & well worth the money because it was only £1 dearer than the Premier Inn Harrogate BUT with a more personal Touch & Greeting. When it came to breakfast, toast was on the table at the time we requested, followed by breakfast about 1 minute later after sitting down & it was completely enjoyable COMPLETE with coffee & tea & also orange juice THE same as a hotel but BETTER with a Personal Touch, if there was spaces again in August, we was going to rebook again but checked & Fully Booked up, so hotel it is But will definitely keep this place in mind for future events to us to rebook
