Not much choice to eat in the evenings, everything seemed to come with chips of some description. Noisy guests, the room doors slam and guests chatting to each other in the corridor at 4am is not great. Perhaps soft closers on the doors might help.

Staff very helpful and friendly from check in to check out. Very comfortable room (but in need of some updating). The lady who served our meal on the first night was great. We ate every night and the service was good. Breakfast exceptional. Location.

The carpet wasn't clean. I don't think it got hoovered before we got into the room. There was stuff on the carpet everywhere.

I like the hotel overall. Breakfast is absolutely great. Staff is friendly. The bed is sooo comfortable!

We stayed for 2 nights. Room was not cleaned after our first night. Cups remained dirty. No replenishment of tea and coffee, had to go to reception. Not a problem as i make the bed etc but it has never happened before and we have stayed here several times. Fan also didnt work in bathroom.

Staff had different opinions from which age on, kids need to pay for the breakfast. Car Park at extra cost.

Only concern was child bed wasn’t made prior to our arrival but this just minor issue and the staff dealt with arranging bedding very quickly and efficiently.

Room temprature difficult to regulate and and noisy fan system.

Excellent - simple you good quality furniture etc. Speedy and effiecient check in / out. Very good for time pressed business travellers.

£9 a day parking is quite steep and should be included in hotel stay As good as the breakfast was, unfortunately have to ask the staff for weetabix from the back which takes time out of both the customer and staff. Would be more efficient if weetabix is just left alongside the other breakfast such as porridge etc No YouTube on the smart tv or apps such as Netflix, 2024 and you’d expect this to be a necessity especially YouTube for young children as the channel selection is very limited Stayed for 2 nights and was out all day on Saturday but room wasn’t cleaned/towels not replaced as used to when staying at other hotels

Great location, around the corner from the airport and legoland, we stayed here for the latter as attended with wife and 2 young children. Very big hotel and ample amount of parking, children loved running down the corridors Breakfast very nice with a big selection, seating area very spacious, great staff in the hotel Nice touch with the free water machine aswell as the juice for guests Nice selection of drinks at the brew lounge bar area including Guinness

Long walk to our room on the return journey - and how far the long stay car park is - I had my husband with me so he brought the car round for me otherwise it would have been too much for me

Reception staff extremely helpful - food in the restaurant in the evening and the breakfast was amazing room was clean and comfortable + beds were a bit hard and it would be nice to have a blanket to use for a nap during the day after a long haul flight - great parking facilities and cheap cars available to order to get to the airport - next time I will ask if we can book a taxi for our return too from Heathrow- I liked the little self serve shop although it was quite expensive and the microwave to use could be helpful to some people- maybe add milk to the shop fridges - although the bar gave us some as I hate uht milk !

Check out isn’t till 12pm but I got a knock on my door from housekeeping at 8am to refresh the room which wasn’t necessary. I was a little annoyed because it interrupted my sleep and the housekeeper didn’t apologise. Some elements of the room felt a bit dated; the chest of drawers the tv was on for example. And the chair by the desk was a bit too low to be able to use the mirror effectively. Would be solved by moving the mirror down 2-3 cm.

The property was easy to find with ample parking. The reception staff were lovely and really helpful in explaining everything upon check in. Express check out was also really useful so I could just be on my way. Paying for parking at the reception was also really straightforward too.

Breakfast was very nice, especially rhe fresh omelettes. We needed to leave our luggage in hotel for the day & we collected it in the evening, there was no problem doing that. Thank you. The receptionist helped us when we asked what bus or train would be best to take into the city.

Bed much to close to wall ok if you are a stick insect am size 14 , bed light to high up to switch of , pipe under the sink has a pipe that has corroded up and a right mess must still be leaking , did mention it to reception on leaving

Very quiet yet convenient to Heathrow. Large room with seating area and desk. Functional bathroom. Room service able to cater for vegans, after some discussions!
