Luggage trolleys were available but no personnel to help you with them. The car park door wasn't working inwardly and a hand full of punters had to wait outside. Access was obtained when other people were making an exit.

Breakfast was good and location was suitable for our occasion.

Only criticism is the price - sometimes the rates are very high for a room. I know there's limited options that don't require a taxi from the TECA but it does seem a bit excessive.

The hotel was very clean and the rooms are a good size. Bed comfortable, staff helpful and a great location for events at the TECA. Free parking.

Check in 4pm and check out 11am. Bit overpriced but realize this was due to live concert next door. Liimited menu and def overpriced so didn't eat there.

Walking distance to concert at p and j. Love big room. All toiletries provided. Excellent buffet breakfast.

The grout in the shower is a bit dirty and there is a wee bit mould in the corner of the shower base.

The Hilton Aberdeen is not even a 2 minute walk from the P&J arena which was the reason we were in Aberdeen. On this occasion our room was clean, it wasn’t on our previous visit but we were happy that the room was as cleaned on this occasion.

Evening meal in restaurant was slightly dissapointing. Small portions, but still quite pricey.

Check in very easy and quick. Room very comfortable, clean and quiet. Buffet breakfast good, with good selection of cooked food. Spa and pool also very good, not very busy, clean and tidy. Unfortunately sauna was not working

Only moan was the parking. Seemed to be an issue about numbers attending was greater than the parking sites available underground. Attendant seemed quite stressed by it all. My son ended up in the taxi rank waiting further instruction about where he could park.

I was attending a function at the P and J. The hotel is perfect for that as the P and J is too far out of the city centre to be commutable. Staff were friendly. Rooms are huge but cannot comment further as literally it was a bed for the night.

Better signage showing you wear the carpark was. Not very clear. There were only two people on check in and the place was packed. The hotel is in a isolated location with only the exhibition centre and one more hotel.

The hotel was really nice and so it was the first time in seven years that I stayed in a hilton where they served haggis and black pudding for breakfast. Perfect for attending a concert at the TECA.

Not enough bar staff. 3 major events at the TECA and hotel full. Had to wait ages for being served. Parking - nightmare. No space in underground carpark, no space in surface carpark. However it was resolved eventually and did not have to pay for parking.

Hotel lovely and welcoming. Rooms large and beds very comfortable. Air con/hearing worked perfectly.
