We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomA bit too far from the airport. I was hoping it would be on site or walkable as it was difficult to carry my suitcase onto the shuttle bus. Also the bus was overloaded on the route back. People had to stand and suitcases were everywhere, including on the seat next to the driver. Someone complained it was dangerous.

SwedenI requested a wake-up service, and it seems they forgot about me. It wasn't an issue (since I had about 100 alarms and got up in time), but if I had relied on the wake up service, it would have been a problem.
Everything was comfortable and well. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice and again with incredibly nice staff. The room was comfortable and clean and perfect for a one night stay close to the airport.

United StatesWe had a rental car and the parking was not very good. It seems that the hotel has a 3rd party looking after the parking and it's edged to catch you out for penalties. Poor if no lightning. Signs that are very ambiguous and no spots because they field them out as a park and fly. I think we managed to park without penalties but we will wait and see.

United KingdomThere was nothing that we dis not like in our short stay. Just something to note that if no bus is available then you have to take taxi, but the small problem was that despite rather large fee for under 10 minute drive there will be taxis that will refuse to take you to the hotel and that we found rather unacceptable. There are times when bus goes once an hour so therefore taxi is an only option.
Sadly we did not use any hotel facilities and merely used hotel for overnight stay. Staff was pleasant, hotel was clean and tidy. We mainly choose this hotel due to distance to Heathrow Terminal 5. We used taxi and a hop on bus to commute that was very convenient.

The room was of a good standard with a huge comfortable bed. We were exhausted after a long flight so we slept well. The hotel is under going renovations but there was still access to a restaurant and bar plus Starbucks. The food was plentiful and of a good quality. We slept too long to access breakfast.

The Hilton T5 really made the grade this time with a top-notch quality stay. The wait to check in was tediously long, and we were offered complimentary breakfast as compensation. Breakfast itself was first rate. We were given vouchers for a free bar drink during our stay. Nearly all the staff were courteous, friendly and helpful.

The fire alarm kept going off while we were waiting... the manager (maybe).. said it just malfunctioning... but our waiter came out and apologized for our wait time and said that 'it shouldn't be much longer.. the smoke in the kitchen is clearing' I understand the manager not wanting to panic guests, but don't like being lied to. Food was great when it finally was able to come out!

AustraliaOur flight got in quite early (unexpected 27hr layover) and we were not offered any early check in options - just told to wait until 3pm. Spa options and booking was confusing (told only 5pm was booked but then told only one person working in the spa so couldn't go together). There are no bathing suits etc for sale with minimal shopping options close by, just FYI as obviously we were not prepared for the layover so could not use the pool etc. We were told we could use the pool prior to check in if we wanted which was nice of them. Service for dinner was a bit slow.
Comfortable rooms, food and service in the lobby area while waiting to check in was great. Staff were nice albeit slightly standoffish when we arrived so early. We did half board and the meal inclusions were good. Breakfast buffet was decent. We also had access to the executive lounge with drinks and snacks which was nice. Handy for a one night stay or to relax during a layover. Approx 10-15 mins to the airport, we were departing from T3 and this was a handy location with access to Uber or hotel shuttle.

United KingdomThe air con in the room wasn't on before we arrived, it was very hot & took a while to cool down. The wet room shower went everywhere, & we had to throw our towels down on the floor after each one took a shower, as the water was heading towards the door! (Room 410).
The bed & pillows were so comfortable. We had a sunset view from our rooms window. The food was very good & the catering manager that morning (15/6/25) was excellent, friendly & very organised.
