Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Third time I've stayed. This room was a little tired looking.in comparison but was still perfectly adequate for our purposes and as always the staff were lovely and welcoming.

We booked three different sized rooms for a family celebration. All were clean, relatively well equipped as well as giving everyone a bit of 'breathing space'. Maxine was really welcoming and made every effort to make the two night stay enjoyable. We booked specific times for the pool, sauna etc so had exclusive use for our group which was a nice touch. All and all an enjoyablethe stay.

There was a washer or something running about 11pm and shaking the apartment.
Lovely modern, comfortable decor. Liked having pool on site. It felt very chilled.

Had to complain about smell in first room so they moved us but had broken washer in new one sink in bathroom blocked toaster not working and kettle stopped working

Sofa a little uncomfortable, only 2 of everything in the kitchen, 2 cups etc so had to was after every use. Steps to apartment could be steep for some.
Great location, parking right in front of building. Accommodation comfortable. Everything you need. Staff great and friendly. Grab and go breakfast kept us going until lunch. Highly recommend the spa, fantastic massage. The leisure facilities were good. Lovely and quiet.

The room felt a bit enclosed but perfectly good and comfortable for our short stay.
Good location for our visit. Good for families who want to cook for themselves or eat out. Pool with free towels an added bonus. Supermarkets, pubs and cafes nearby. Reception staff greeted us on arrival, they were friendly and efficient.The room we had was good and clean, There was washing up liquid and two tablets for the dishwasher. Tea and coffee. Good quality small bottles of shampoo etc in the shower room. Everything worked well in the kitchen, adequate utensils and crockery provided. Room was on the ground floor at the rear of the building which meant it was quiet and away from the road. Good free parking on site and local roads. We would happily stay there again.

I can only say that the sofa in the room we were first put in, I think 203, was not as clean as we would hope. Definitely needed attention
Our first allocated room was not to our liking but we were moved the next day to a lovely apartment for the rest of our stay.

No baby changing facilities farce changing baby on floor room clean but small welcome was not brilliant that is why we did not book another night

Lack of cutlery and cooking equipment. No tea towel to dry dishes with. No drainer to put washed dishes on. Pool, sauna and steam room and jacuzzi not available to use until the last day of our 4 night stay.

Very noisy from upstairs, wall pictures rattled with children thumping around upstairs. Sink gurgles a lot, and TV didn't have streaming.
Swimming pool, sauna, and spa were brilliant and clean. The location was really good and handy. Breakfast had nice choices.

Place was nice first impression looked lovely But bits need fix Needing Deep clean of shower and fridge air trap And couch as looking tired and mark on them which would need deep clean Would have been a 10 if not for that Would start again Would have been 10 out of 10 if not for that

Rooms were a bit cold.
The pool and facilities were superb, staff very friendly. Been before, and we will definitely go back. Comfortable beds and our room 101 had loads of space. Main bedroom was excellent.

Some more options for breakfast would have been great
We had a 2 bed apartment it had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. TV’s in both bedrooms as well. Kids loved the pool area and making Starbucks drinks. Fab location next to beach and shops and lots of dog friendly places nearby.
