Clean and tidy, lovely decor and friendly staff. Dog friendly. We had a lovely room with a separate lounge area with TV, along with our bathroom. Very nice spacious room.

Very poor. Little choice of continental breakfast - No muesli; no sugar for cereals; only toast (no rolls, croissants etc; no fruit; no cheese or hams.

Hotel cancelled my reservation due to bad rain, the afternoon I was due to stay. I didn’t realise Scotland was not used to the rain… disappointed.

My daughter and I stayed here two nights before beginning our hike on the West Highland Way.  It was so nice to be greeted with friendly, helpful staff and get a bite to eat at the restaurant and bar downstairs. Lovely breakfast in the morning as well traditional Scottish breakfast! Our walk to town was really sweet as we passed some beautiful countryside. I would definitely stay here again. I only wish I had more pictures for you. Slainte!!!

Lovely welcome, lovely rooms, lovely people. Felt instantly relaxed and at home, as did the dog. Great view out the back.

Room was hot and not ventilated, window towards an inside roof with all the a/c motors, no a/c in the room. Breakfast took half an hour to be ready. You can hear every footstep from the corridor in the room.

Bedroom furniture dark second hand seemed to come from oxfam and pieces did nit match. No air con and windows could not be opened fully to allow sufficient air. En suite dated. Out side windows was equipment which were on and made noise all through night. Had room next to hall way door and all night as people were going in and out door was slamming because it mechanism to control how fast it closed did not work. Despite being reported nothing was done about it. Nobiron supplied although stated that there was.

Hotel was brilliant. Staff were all really friendly and professional. Travelled with my large dog and had no problems with this hotel. Room was super comfy and clean. Food was amazing.

The restaurant and bar in the Inn is good enough after we were coming back from a sightseeing tour .No need to drive to other place to having dinner at night :) and we can have a little drink 🍻 is perfect 🤩

Bath/shower quite dusty and had stains (not dirty stains just stains because both were old) bed very uncomfortable sheets were very hard and rough tv didnt work very old decor

Location was great as dropping my partner of on the Sunday morning at Milngavie to start the West Highland Way Walk. so only 10 minutes away. Didn't have breakfast, but did have a meal and drinks on Saturday night in the restaurant and it was lovely and the staff were lovely and very helpful too. Very clean and lovely done out rooms and also the reception area, bar/restaurant/cocktail bar. Seating outside, great on a nice evening to sit out and a good size carpark too.

rooms are outdated. flooring creaking. water pressure in shower was terrible. walls are thin. lack of presentation of room. paid for a late check in and was still woken up at 11 by housekeeping unaware of this. essentially paying price for location and not standard of room.

nice quiet location. hotel bar area has a nice chill vibe with comfy places to sit enjoy a drink/eat socialise. staff on check in and in bar area were helpful.

The mattress was very firm.

Location was great, staff were friendly, the room was clean and comfortable. Dinner was tasty with gluten free and vegetarian options and breakfast was delicious as well!
