Good room with comfortable bed and reasonable bathroom in brilliant location looking out over the River Tyne. Easy access to the Sage and the city centre just over the pedestrian bridge. Good parking.

Unclear on parking, parked in what appeared to be the hotel car park which should have been £8 for 24 hours, but ended paying £33.

Nice hotel, good staff!!! The Lady on the front desk I met the first day (unfortunately didn't get her name) I felt she didn't radiate that welcoming appeal for a guest, she was just so bland, I was literally trying to get out information about breakfast and extras from her, she was just so laid back and couldn't give out those information freely... I think she needs some training on being a receptionist and how to receive clients... she does need some work Location, is okay, but not so great.

Nice hotel. Very neat. Close to city centre but not in the city centre..

It was further than I thought it is over the bridge, then a 10 min walk up, it was also card only which I found strange? Most hotels do cash and card but they were strictly card only even for juice.

The rooms were nice and super comforable, got everything I needed, but it is an expensive hotel i got on a deal, so I felt lucky but they should do what travel lodge do, have mini coffee machines in the room instead of cheap coffee sachets.
